2020 is a year of abnormality, life and death, uncertainties and economic turmoils. Every industry and everyone is thrown upside down. Being a self employed yoga teacher can be an extra hard time this year. And for those who run a yoga studio and facing lockdown, the challenges are unimaginable.

Last weekend at the #mentorshipworkshop, there was an interesting mix of teachers who are already teaching, and some had never taught a single class (as they took their YTT on zoom), some have an impressive social media following and while others have just started using Instagram. There were two things in common though, that we are all passionate about yoga teaching and had to wear a 😷. We all gathered together to learn how to be a better yoga teacher so we can serve others better.

2021 will be a strange and challenging year but also one that is full of opportunities and love. Because now you are part of the #mentorshipworkshop family. We will make sure you grow, make some mistakes, perhaps become a brand ambassador, in a supported environment. Over 120 graduates have come out of this workshop more confident and a better yoga teacher, and have kept an open arm to whoever needs a bit of help. Let’s face it? We all need an extra hand from time to time.
