my name is alvynna ✌️ i’m a travel content creator and a wellness coach too ✌️
here’s my story:
i was never born a skinny kid. However as a teenager i suffered from eating disorder and i ate once a day or starved myself to lose weight, i was at 45kg. I then ballooned up in my college days at using the same method but increase to 60kg. 😂 (on the left) i tried all kinds of method u can think of, but never worked.
it was end of the year of 2017, I decided i had enough of being unhealthy & flabby. i stumbled upon my coach’s post about 10 days lean & tone project to see changes in my body??? i meant like what??
i followed the program, just by changing my breakfast, eating 5 times a day, i was able to lose so much weight and currently at 53kg with body fat lower than ever and maintained ever since ✌️
Since my weight loss, my peers decided to ask me how i did it, and that’s when i decided to be a wellness coach myself, to help those around me.

Food needs no label. I love the concept and principles of Paleo. However seeing food for what it is is key with a no label policy and attachment. I follow no cult or rules. Always opting food which suits my personal needs / requirements, practicality, access + affordability and taste preferences
