We finally found a decent hawker stall in #Punggol! Boat Quay (Original) Mushroom Noodle that is newly opened for only 10 days in Sumang Link! Mr Lim learnt the skills from his grandfather who used to have a pushcart stall in Boat Quay. He started selling it in 1980s at Ang Mo Kio for 10 years, very close to where I live (but I was a kid then)! Then he moved to a few other places (including Defu, Chevron House, Singapore Shopping Centre, Bukit Batok) and decided to shift to Punggol. To be honest, the noodles are nothing fantastic but what's special is their handmade Teochew fishball, meatball and dumplings which they made it on their own daily.
Address: Blk 312 Sumang Link
Opening Hours: 6.30am to 7pm (daily for now)
