Post holiday workout, back at it! 💪🏼 The reality is, it's never easy to maintain a fitness routine when you travel, and not forgetting all the food that you want to eat! 😱

I try to keep myself active by walking more while exploring the city (at least 12-15k steps daily!). Whenever I book my accommodations, I'd book at least one hotel which offers basic gym and pool facilities. I made the effort to get up earlier than my friend to use the gym and pool (quietly sneaked out of the room at 7am while she's still asleep 🙈). Pretty happy to say that I managed to fit in 3 solid workout sessions in that week. 😊

I'd still enjoy the delicious food the city has to offer but not stuffed my face and feel bloated afterwards. I don't want to be "socially awkward" and make it difficult for the people around me to eat. 😂 To be honest, I actually enjoyed lots of wholesome food here. 😋

Well, I find that I have better self control nowadays and I don't go crazy when I indulge. Perhaps it's because I actually enjoy lots more wholesome foods AND my favourite treats in moderation all the time. I have a more relax approach towards food. I understand that my body is constantly changing and that I'm not obsess with how it looks 24/7.
