Hi friends!
I'll be flying to Miami this Saturday for an art project called "100 Meaningful Things". I wanted this to be a collaborative project that focuses on my online followers (you guys!) so to get to know you better, I invited you to share with me what your most meaningful object is. Many of you shared some very sweet and bittersweet stories about your objects and the memories attached to them - many of you made me laugh and tear up. It's been interesting to note that older adults tend to send bittersweet stories, whereas kids send in some very random, funny stories...it does remind me of the Pixar movie, Inside Out.
I'm so grateful for you opening up bits of your life to me. I'm trying to get as many countries involved as I can, and currently I have 30:
Argentina, Australia, Austria, Canada, China, France, Germany, Greece, India, Iran, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mauritius, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA.
