Presenting our DIY Gender Reveal Piñata!I wanted to make it a fun affair for the hubby and kids so instead of just telling them whether we were gonna have another baby girl or boy, they had to find out for themselves by smashing this piñata.Yup, its usually friends or family who organise gender reveal parties but in our case, I am always the party planner and thus this was executed by me too. Thankfully, I only had to keep the secret for two days after my checkup because the kids were so curious and excited about it already. Yup, I actually managed to keep it from all of them right till this moment.If you remember, our last gender reveal was done with a DIY volcano made out of modelling clay and using baking soda, vinegar and food colouring, we made it erupt to reveal if the girls were having a Didi or Meimei. That was really memorable so I wanted to make this one a special occasion too since its highly likely the last time. Yup, I have never said I would surely stop at 3 but now, I think 4 kids is a good number and I am happy with it.This piñata is made out of a cardboard box, crepe paper and tape, and all the kids helped me with the making process because I wanted them to feel involved. It might not be perfectly made but it was exactly what I wanted and although it was destroyed in a matter of minutes, I am so glad we put in the time and effort to do it.So, guess what colour items are gonna fall out from the box? Blue or pink, boy or girl? I will be uploading the video soon but do make a guess below and see if you got it right. How is stay-home life with four kids like? Well, noisy, messy, chaotic and never a moment's peace. Even the baby has been joining in the chatter and the kids go "Awwww" every time he goes goo goo ga ga.

Yup, now that he is growing up fast and can interact more, he has been promoted to his first ever high chair! Woohoo. We are loving the Cocoon High Chair from Love Oribel and I totally love this beautiful Blue Raspberry Marshmallow colour that the kids chose for him.

With 3 recline positions and 6 height adjustments, the high chair is suitable for infants and grows with them to become a full-fledged high chair. I love how the baby can sit beside us at the dinner table these days even though he is not able to eat yet.

It allows me to keep an eye on him while I cook in the kitchen and keeping me in sight makes him less prone to crying too. If he falls asleep, I just recline the seat and it becomes a lounger for him. How convenient, right?

This might be one of the biggest high chairs we've had but it is also the strongest and sturdiest too. Despite the size, it has a foldable design and tucks away neatly in a corner. Besides a large detachable tray, it also features a compact food and cup holder so you can interchange according to needs. These are all easy to clean and so is the seat pad, which is a huge relief for me. Phew.

I can't wait to see what adventures lie ahead of this little one and hopefully he will be a good eater like his siblings. I bet they will be enthusiastic to feed him like how they were in setting up this high chair. To more updates soon.
