In this video, Cole Fogle and I try *literally* some of the best fried rice in Taiwan! This is part of a competition called "Fried Rice King", which is now in its second year, and we were lucky enough to be the judges of a category called "fashionista". In this category, chefs are encouraged to experiment with their fried rice creations, and take a step outside of the box. All of the dishes were incredible, and we had a difficult time choosing our favorites!
