夏灣拿 Havana│來一趟復古美食之旅吧
舊CD當桌墊、牆上各式舊時鐘等，林林總總的復古元素，就像是走進了時光隧道，回到了五、六十年代！
其實古巴的食材種類非常有限，來來去去就那幾款：青椒、茄子、蕃茄、紅蘿蔔等。「Shamuskia」在這麼有限的食材中，居然還能研發出這麼多出色的菜餚，甚為佩服啊！最特別的是「Vegetarian Paella (西班牙大鍋飯)」，一般Paella都是用海鮮，素食版的也不賴呢！最喜歡的是「Stuffed Eggplant w/ Grated Vegetables (without cheese)」，茄子是重點，又軟又多汁。兩道菜選用的蔬菜其實都差不多，但無論味道還是風格都很不一樣喔~
當然少不了「Malanga Fritter」，這家的做法是油炸 (deep-fry)，雖然油耗味偏重，但味道和口感不錯耶！

Havana │ Let's have a Retro Food Tour
Old CDs are used as table mats, various old clocks on the walls, etc. A lot of retro elements that made you feel like walking into the time tunnel and returning to the 1950s and 1960s!
In fact, Cuba has a very limited variety of food ingredients. There are just a few items: green peppers, eggplants, tomatoes, carrots, etc. I'm admire that "Shamuskia" can create so many excellent dishes in such limited ingredients! The most special one is "Vegetarian Paella". Generally, Paella uses seafood, but the vegan version was great too! My favorite is "Stuffed Eggplant w / Grated Vegetables (without cheese)". Eggplant is the key, soft and juicy. The vegetables used in the two courses are actually the same, but the taste and style are very different ~
Of course, you have to try "Malanga Fritter". They deep-fry it. Although the oil taste is a bit heavy, still yum!

我特別好奇古巴的素食，畢竟太多人說古巴食物很難吃 🤔 第一頓飯是古巴女生Lianne推薦的「Camino al sol」，Lianne是一個很特別的女生，一般剛認識的陌生人應該只會聊你從哪來啊？你的國家什麼什麼的。但她居然打開心房，跟我聊些很深入的事物，想你了Lianne，希望你一切安好~
雖然「Camino al sol」的服務生都不太懂英文，但是他們把餐單上的餐點都做好放在透明櫃子裡，一目瞭然。可以一句西語也不用說，就能輕易點餐！(建議可以增加「蛋奶」標籤)
在這裡，想跟大家介紹一種在拉丁美州才有的植物 - Malanga，它長的像芋頭，但吃起來完全沒有芋頭味。而且每家店料理的malanga味道都不一樣，像這家就帶有肉腥味 (圖二)，推薦大家嘗試一下喔！
另外，超推薦意大利面，各式各樣的意大利面，應有盡有。旅伴也超愛吃，而且還可以直接把意大利面買走，回家自己料理喔，Lianne也常常來買。

I am particularly curious about Cuba ’s vegan because too many people say that Cuban food is not good. Our first meal was recommended by Lianne, a Cuban lady. She's a special lady, usually when you talk to someone you first met. You will only talk about where are you come from or something about his/her country. But she actually opened her heart and talked to me about some very deep things. I miss you Lianne, I hope you are well ~
Although the waiters of "Camino al sol" don't understand English well, they put all the food in a transparent cabinet. You can order food without saying a word in Spanish! (I will recommend to label food that contain egg & milk)
Here, I want to introduce you a plant that is only found in Latin America - Malanga, which looks like taro, but tastes completely taro-free. And the taste of malanga in each restaurant is different, like this one has a meaty smell (pic 2), I recommend you to try it!
In addition, pasta is highly recommended. There is a wide variety of pasta. My freegan travel-mate likes it very much, and you can also buy pasta directly, go home and cook for yourself, Lianne always come here to buy.

Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature around 28 degree
Prolonged maceration with the skins. The wine is aged for a minimum of 5 years & spends at least 24 months in French oak casks & American oak casks before rounding off in the bottle for minimum 24 months
Tasting notes of CV Gran Reserva
Personally she loves this the most among the 3️⃣. A very smooth fruity tasting. She has enjoyed a glass to end her tapas trails of the night
Ruby-red colour, deep & vibrant. Complex nose. It retains extraordinary well the black fruit aromas (i.e. blackberries, blue berries & plums). Gradually, it opens up to reveal smoky, toasted wood nuances, with spices & hints of minerals & tobacco. On the palate is smooth with soft & velvety tannins, great palate weight, extraordinary balance acidity. Elegant & complex aftertaste, with hints of coffee, chocolate, tobacco & dark fruit
Suggestions of food matches
Delicious with red meat, grills & roasts, game, mature & blue cheeses. Great with lamb stew with chestnuts sauce
Best served at 17-18 degree
