『有沒有goaltending? 吹了才能看重播』
今天令Damian Lilliard暴跳如雷的這個goaltending，也讓拓荒者輸掉了比賽。很多人會叫屈，很明顯的goaltending裁判卻沒吹，難道不能藉由重播輔助或是教練挑戰來立即更改誤判嗎？重播系統不就是為了減少這類的憾事一直發生嗎？
裁判在賽後也承認錯誤，但當下他們並沒有看重播去更改判決。為什麼？
這牽扯到籃球比賽時間無法回溯的real time基本精神，也就是沒吹的球，比賽繼續進行。不能在接下來後續的死球時間去要求回放檢討判決，不然某一段已經進行的比賽將會消失。（例如在A時間點沒吹犯規，B時間點死球看重播改判，那A到B這段時間發生的事情該如果解釋？）
2019年一月在台灣UBA國體跟高師的比賽，就發生了類似案例的致命錯誤，裁判一開始沒吹24秒出手違例，卻又在比賽進行一段時間後的死球去看重播，更改判決，造成無法彌補的錯誤以及後續的0.73秒重賽的荒謬事件。
所以，我們只能寄望裁判以後在這種關鍵時刻，如果不確定是否出手在時間內，或是否有goaltending，都先響哨，這樣才有辦法藉死球看重播，當下如果沒吹，就只能讓比賽繼續下去，賽後再寫報告了。
