Now I can remember these fleeting moments forever.. first time meeting the siblings, first time all 5 of us together...💗
It makes me so emotional watching this video, because when envisioning our family, I always saw three kids, and by knowing that this will be our last baby, I feel like I'm finally where I want to be. I can stop imagining what the future holds because I'm in it. I'm able to be present and in the moment with all of my children. 💛
