【一天分享一首歌之第231天】〈Love is a Losing Game〉/ Amy Winehouse

星期一夜晚，來聽一首有點感傷的歌。去年底上映的紀錄片〈艾美懷絲〉讓我認識了這位從來沒認識的歌手，她的精選輯那陣子也在我的音樂庫停留好久。電影後來拿到奧斯卡最佳紀錄片，而我當初在文章寫著：艾美懷絲的故事，某種程度上正是娛樂事業（show business）無法逃掉的老套矛盾：才華帶來名聲，而名聲引致的美與醜，幾乎是一整包的難以分割。嶄露頭角沒多久，艾美懷絲就經歷了情傷，拒絕（酗酒）勒戒，奶奶過世，暴食症浮上檯面，一路到換掉經紀人，發行第二張專輯《Back to Black》大紅但接著結婚了，這段婚姻帶給她的卻是毒癮⋯⋯這一切理所當然到，根本無法自拔。

所有人看完《艾美懷絲》，最終都記住了片尾，她的偶像東尼班內特（Tony Bennett）說的最後一句話：「如果我能再對她說些什麼，我會告訴她：放慢腳步吧，妳太重要了。生命會教導妳如何真正地活著，前提是妳要活得夠久。」那句「妳太重要了（you’re too important）」聽得直叫人心碎。只可惜這樣的「重要」，總是不被身邊人，不被主角自己，不被團團圍住他的整個當時的世界，放在心上。非要等到失去了才後悔。

今晚就來聽一首她的歌，這首相對慢的曲目唱著讓人心疼的歌詞，為了你我願成火焰，但愛情是我必敗的競賽場。雖然那光芒太短，至少她留下了這些歌讓我們永恆聆聽。
