Although there are famous HK 流浮山 semi-dried oysters, apart from plumpness & taste, the Japanese ones actually cook better according to the family 😶. And as us foodies discussed last time and the topic was brought up again, surprisingly in Buddhism or Taoism, Oysters are considered vegetarian. But food like garlic and leek are not. This world is a bit of a farce sometimes 👲🏻
