我是威廉氏後人 - 李毅評醫師

今天一大早

就有許多好朋友不約而同的問我同一個問題

-

關於是否真的有可能在男變女的變性手術後

再成功懷孕齁？

-

我完全沒有幫這位產婦產檢過

所以我不會針對個案發表任何看法

-

根據過去的文獻指出

「男性」懷孕

這裡的男性指的是染色體結構是「XY」的人

-

有可能懷孕的方式有以下幾種

1. 腹腔內懷孕

就是說著床在腹腔內或大網膜上

這類型的子宮外孕已經存在於地球上許久

目前醫學上也確實有腹腔內懷孕到活產的例子

當然這個案例本身是女生就是了

2. 子宮移植

子宮移植目前在國外已經有許多人在進行

也確實有子宮移植後順利活產的例子

至於如果妳要問我

有沒有子宮移植到男性體內的案例

也確實是有的

畢竟其實男女體內的血管分佈並沒有那麼不同

不過異性子宮移植是否有活產的案例

我目前還沒有查到相關的資料

當然也不能排除她就是第一人的可能性

3. XY男性體內不明原因存在的女性生殖系統

這類型的個案是有發生染色體鑲嵌

就是說體內XY染色體為主，

但仍有一定比例的XX染色體存在

造成一個主要為XY染色體的外觀上的男性

體內仍有女性的類子宮的器官

或者也有人是同時擁有兩種性別的器官

這樣的情況雖然罕見

但也不是不存在

4. 代理孕母

也有可能從頭到尾都是由代理孕母來完成懷孕

這是我認為目前醫學上最有可能達成的方式

借卵後用先生的精子

再借用代孕的子宮

台灣生殖醫學會目前也持續不斷的努力

推動代孕合法化

我也相信有朝一日

在不久的將來

代孕在台灣應該是能夠實現的

如果妳問我

這件事真的有可能嗎？

我會認為是有可能的

無論是什麼情況

一對父母積極想要小孩的心

我想我都一定是給予支持以及最大的祝福
