Những địa phương ở vùng sâu, vùng xa sát biên giới phía Bắc là nơi còn phải chịu sự khắc nghiệt của khí hậu hơn dưới đồng bằng rất nhiều vì đó là khu vực hứng chịu băng giá, sương muối… Năm nào bà con ở đó cũng bị thiệt hại lớn về hoa màu, gia súc dẫn đến ảnh hưởng trong việc mưu sinh. Việc thiếu thốn từ lương thực, vật nuôi, hạt giống đến đồ giữ ấm, sách vở cho trẻ em đã làm cho cuộc sống của bà con đã vất vả nay lại càng khó khăn hơn. Tết, là thời điểm mà mọi người sẽ nhớ ngay đến những niềm hạnh phúc bên gia đình người thân, nhớ đến bánh chưng, bánh mứt và những bao lì xì đỏ thẫm... thế nhưng Tết, đối với bà con trở thành nỗi buồn lo khó gọi tên. Chính vì thế, nhân dịp xuân về, Quân xin được phép chia sẻ về dự định: Một chuyến đi từ thiện trong khuôn khổ quỹ từ thiện “Tự tâm chia sẻ từ tâm” đến huyện Mèo Vạc, Hà Giang, với mong muốn được mang đến chút hơi ấm, tình thương và những món quà hảo tâm cho bà con cũng như các em nhỏ có hoàn cảnh vô cùng khó khăn tại đó, như một sự chia sẻ nho nhỏ vào dịp Tết đến, Xuân về.Chuyến đi này mang tên gọi: “Tết Từ Tâm - Tết ấm trong tim”. Advance the Gospel in the Way that God Leads you

“Jesus came to them and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth. Go, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you. Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.” (Matthew‬ ‭28:18-20‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Jesus was not just commissioning the apostles to preach the Gospel. It is obvious because the twelve did not manage to reach all the nations in their lifetime. This commission is for every believer throughout time. The words which Jesus spoke in the passage above are know as “The Great Commission”.

I am so glad that Jesus did not just give a command and leave us scratching our heads on how to fulfill it. He sandwiched the command between two statements of provision.

Firstly, Jesus used all the authority He had to give us authority to preach the Gospel so that people from all nations would be saved.

Then, at the end of the passage, He assured us of His ever-abiding presence with us.

We are not trying to preach the Gospel by our own strength and eloquence. We have Jesus’ authority which allows us to access God’s power for confirming signs and wonders to back up our message. Additionally, Jesus is with us through His Spirit, to empower us to preach, and to teach us what to say or do.

Although every Christian is sent to preach the Gospel, relatively few are called to preach from stage. Most do not. When the words “preach” or “ministry” are used, don’t limit your imagination to some person in a suit preaching from the stage to a huge crowd.

There may be Christians led by the Spirit to start a soup kitchen where they feed the poor and share the love of Christ by their actions.

Other Christians are led to buy gifts and hand them out to the people they know. The gifts may contain a handwritten note, saying things like, “I know you’re going through a tough time, but I am praying that God will surely help and restore you. The Lord Jesus loves you with an everlasting love!”

There are so many ways to minister the Gospel to others. The Holy Spirit knows all the ways, and He matches you with a certain way that fits you. That is why it is pointless to compare yourself with others.

I first learnt about Pastor Joseph Prince and New Creation Church because my friend and business associate handed me the book “Destined to Reign”.

I remember I was sitting on a coach in Las Vegas, USA, on the way to see the Grand Canyon. The book was my good companion during the journey, and I was absolutely mind-blown by Pastor’s sharing of the true Gospel. The chains of legalism and performance-based salvation fell off, and the sweet love of God flooded my heart.

After that vacation, I invited myself to that business associate’s church (NCC), determined to heard more Gospel truths from Pastor Prince in person. You see, this Christian lady’s ministry looked different from a pastor preaching on stage. She handed out books that she bought, and these acts of friendliness and generosity planted seeds of the Gospel in people’s hearts, producing a powerful ripple effect that blessed many.

You are uniquely designed by God. Your calling is also tailor-made for you. No one can do it better because you have a unique set of life experiences, relationships, gifts, and knowledge to reach a niche crowd of the unsaved.

Ask the Holy Spirit to lead you and give you opportunities to share the Gospel in the way that He wants you to.

Even if you are not good with words, and you consider yourself antisocial, if you are good at earning lots of money, then give towards ministries that preach the true Gospel which is the Grace of Christ. This is why God blessed you with wealth and the power to get it. Your giving enables ministries to reach more people with the Gospel and plant more seeds for salvation.

Stewarding Revelations and Gifts

“This is the history of the generations of Jacob. Joseph, being seventeen years old, was feeding the flock with his brothers. He was a boy with the sons of Bilhah and Zilpah, his father’s wives. Joseph brought an evil report of them to their father. Now Israel loved Joseph more than all his children, because he was the son of his old age, and he made him a coat of many colors. His brothers saw that their father loved him more than all his brothers, and they hated him, and couldn’t speak peaceably to him. Joseph dreamed a dream, and he told it to his brothers, and they hated him all the more. He said to them, “Please hear this dream which I have dreamed: for behold, we were binding sheaves in the field, and behold, my sheaf arose and also stood upright; and behold, your sheaves came around, and bowed down to my sheaf.” His brothers said to him, “Will you indeed reign over us? Or will you indeed have dominion over us?” They hated him all the more for his dreams and for his words. He dreamed yet another dream, and told it to his brothers, and said, “Behold, I have dreamed yet another dream: and behold, the sun and the moon and eleven stars bowed down to me.” He told it to his father and to his brothers. His father rebuked him, and said to him, “What is this dream that you have dreamed? Sometimes God reveals something that’s meant only for us and we make the mistake of telling it to others way too early out of excitement.

Joseph had a powerful gift of receiving prophetic dreams but he was too immature to steward the gift well.

Being excited about the fantastic dreams God gave to him, he blurted them out to his brothers without using proper discernment.

Sometimes there is a long gap between the time we receive a word from the Lord and the time where we’re supposed to release that word to others.

A word spoken at the right time is wonderful—like shooting an arrow straight into the bullseye, demonstrating undoubtedly that our loving God is keenly involved in our daily lives.

“Joy comes to a man with the reply of his mouth. How good is a word at the right time!” ‭‭(Proverbs‬ ‭15:23‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

To release the word we have received at the right time, we can only do it by being led by the Holy Spirit.

Out of the countless challenges and concerns that people face every day, only God can align the right word for the right person at the right time.

Someone reading this has received new gifts from the Holy Spirit and it’s going to feel very exciting.
You feel like sharing this news and your experiences with the whole world, but remember it’s important to use discernment and have patience.

It would have been fine if Joseph only shared his prophetic dreams with Jacob who loved him dearly. It was a mistake to tell them to his brothers.

Be led by the Spirit to avoid others jealously interpreting your pure excitement as boastfulness.

Joseph at the age of seventeen was a pampered child. He was Jacob’s favorite and received preferential treatment.

People who don’t love you won’t tolerate your spoilt and willful behavior.
If you want to be a good steward of your gifts, rely on the Holy Spirit to help you speak with others from a place of love.

When you are walking in love, you will be considerate towards other people’s feelings and avoid saying things that may stumble them.

A word released at the wrong time becomes a source of dissension instead of building others up.

We mustn’t be casual with this. When we understanding what’s at stake, we will steward our words and gifts with love.

Even for this, we have to rely on the Holy Spirit.
We don’t have any true patience, love or discernment in our flesh so we have to receive these fruits from the Holy Spirit.

When you feel overcome by emotion after receiving a word from the Lord, take a moment to breath deeply and still yourself—bring yourself back to a calm state.

Then listen closely to what the indwelling Holy Spirit is saying. Is there a peace towards releasing the word now, or is it to be kept in your heart, meditated upon and released at a later time?

Child of God, be led by the Holy Spirit!
