Being able to try Phnom Penh's winning G&T at the #ginjubilee2016 was an experience not to be missed.
I loved the story behind Forage to Foam. Aidan Powrie from the Elbow Room is said to have created this g&t from ingredients foraged by local farmers.
Mix of Coconut Water, Melon Juice, Lemon Juice, Honey, Ginger Water, Cayenne Pepper with foam made of East Imperial's Burma Tonic & Old World Tonic, Lime, Honey & butterfly pea flowers at Sgd10. Wow.
