2021 新春套餐 @ Eastern & Oriental Hotel
今年的农历新年与以往不同,大家都必须遵守各国政府定制的标准作业程序,百年一遇的疫情就在这个年代碰巧被我们遇上了。
距离农历新年不远了,位于槟城的百年酒店 Eastern & Oriental Hotel 推出了新春套餐,酒店严格遵循SOP,虽然套餐是以传统的“围桌共食”,但是却以一人一碟的方式呈上,避免用餐时交叉感染。
E&O 共推出了三种新春套餐,还有一个CNY Goodie TakeAway 菜单。套餐如下:

來做菜囉!今天要煮甚麼素食美食呢?今天我要用馬鈴薯和番茄來做一道素食家常菜料理,我很常拿馬鈴薯和番茄來做三明治,通常是用成馬鈴薯泥沙拉,在切一些番茄和小黃瓜,給孩子們當早餐吃。可是今天我沒有要做三明治,我要用馬鈴薯和番茄來做一道好吃的,有家常味的年菜,一大鍋熱騰騰的, 孩子看了就吵著要開吃了,我煮完也忍不住想吃。有纖維、有菇類、有各種顏色的蔬菜,孩子們又可以開心的吃一餐了, 不管是配飯、配麵、配米粉或是米苔目, 都很適合喔! 鹹香的素丸子還有番茄鮮甜濃郁的湯頭,實在是太好吃了。我把它取名為諸事大吉好運旺, 紅紅的湯頭讓你從年頭到年尾都好運旺, 圓滾滾的素食新竹肉丸子,讓你一整年諸事大吉。
