不好意思我的成品反光，第二张看看我的Durian cheese tart & durian Hokkaido cake.
榴莲塔做了一层塔皮，铺上榴莲果泥再铺上cheese filling，最后用榴莲口味的牛扎糖装饰，北海道小蛋糕的内陷也是榴莲奶油口味，试吃的时候满满榴莲味，罪恶啊…
回到学生的感觉好好，上课学也好自学也好，希望能一直学下去，每一次的烘焙都是惊喜。

平日儿子上网课，周末轮到我上课，一直想要认真上烘焙课，这次如愿了，跟着chef的步骤学做了durian butter cake 和durian puff，榴莲不是我平时会买的水果，但有了榴莲泥可以做更多不一样的东西，在家上自己喜欢的课是很棒的体验✌️
