If ur a new Mum & try to produce #LiquidGold no doubt it is one of the toughest & most stressful job EVER (no joke!). When Theo was born I bf him for 7-8 mths until the day I had food poisoning 😱🤮 I was lucky as i had soooo much milk (who wud hv thought by looking at my flatbread chest😳🤔😆).

One memorable incident was due to a mis-comm btw me, my helper & husband while I was at work. Basically my post-it note which I stuck inside the fridge fell off (dont try this at home 😓) so they didnt see my instructions. Result: 800ml plus worth of defrosted breast milk was wasted. I was sobbing uncontrollably while pouring it all down the sink 😭😭 it wasn’t my finest moment. Jason’s face 👉🏼😳😳😳

New Mums, pls take it easy & try not to stress. Ur doing a great job already 👏🏻People...Dont judge or complain if u see a Mum trying to feed her kid out n about....we all gota eat somehow!!!!
