我觉得皮肤容易过敏的人，尤其是有富贵手的人，都有一项很特别的技能，不用看品牌，不用看lab test，亲自用过，皮肤接触过，就知道东西好不好🤨
除非你可以完全不碰水，否则富贵手很难断根，但是当妈妈的怎么可能不碰水呢？无可避免的，需要洗奶瓶、煮饭、做家务。所以我尽量选择对皮肤友好的清洁用品。
就像我一开始说的，好不好用，我们用手就可以test到了。市面上很多标榜低过敏配方的清洁液，有一半都不Ngam我，剩下的一些，清洁力不太理想，因为我很少换牌子。
