瓜納華托│彩色山城裡找素
距離墨西哥城四個多小時，便會到達這個「彩色山城」 - 瓜納華托 (Guanajuato)。這裡很少vegan餐廳，但不代表他們不注重，可能只是需求還沒有很大。但我們很幸運遇到Escarola，雖是肉食餐廳，但主要賣的卻是蛋奶素食，也有部分純素選擇！
特別喜歡蠶豆湯，剩最後一份被我們買了，幸好！另外推薦大啡菇薯仔配沙律，煎過的大啡菇，特別香，又多汁。雖說是沙律，但主要是大啡菇和薯仔，綠葉菜的比例不多，還加了幾片牛油果，很適合不好沙律的我啊！
室外用餐區更有置身大自然的感覺呢！而且可以通往旁邊的環保手藝小店 - Mercadito Escarola，店裡擺放著各式各樣的手藝、小盆栽、環保工具，我更在這裡找到了目前最喜愛的Kombucha (康普茶)！還特意從當地帶了一瓶回港，到現在也不捨得把它喝掉。

Guanajuato│Looking for vegan places in this Colorful Mountain City
About four hours away from Mexico City, you will arrive at this "colorful mountain city" - Guanajuato. There are very few vegan restaurants here, but it doesn't mean they don't care, it may just be that the demand is not great yet. But we were lucky enough to meet Escarola. Although it is a meat restaurant, it mainly sells vegetarian food, and there are also some vegan options!
I especially like the broad bean soup. We bought the last one. LUCKY! Also recommend the brown mushroom potato with salad, the fried brown mushrooms are particularly juicy. It doesn't look like a regular salad, because it is mainly brown mushrooms and potatoes. The proportion of green leafy vegetables is not much. A few slices of avocado are added, which is very suitable for me who is not a salad person!
The outdoor dining area feels more in nature! And you can go to Mercadito Escarola, a small eco-friendly craft shop next to it. There are all kinds of crafts, small potted plants, and eco-friendly tools. I found my favorite Kombucha here! I even brought a bottle back to Hong Kong, and I am still not willing to finish it.

Chatuchak weekend market is the largest outdoor market in Bangkok.
It has countless stores and is a great place for those who like to shop.
There is a section that is recommended for those who like clothes and fashion items.
In this section, there are stores that attract young people living in Bangkok.
There are many fashionable clothes, hats, bags and other fashion items on sale.
It is located in Sections 2 & 3, right next to the entrance from KanphengPet subway station.
Please check it out when you go shopping.
Chatuchak weekend market is the largest outdoor market in Bangkok.

At the moment, most of the customers come during the evening hours.
If you want to avoid the crowded time, I recommend you to go shopping in the cooler morning hours.
Please be careful when you go there in the morning, as there are cars bringing in the products.
