It's been 3 years since I last got to run with @runningdepartment , the group that got me running to my PBs. I used to recall each run being so tough, but every week I ran better than the previous. The close friends who ran with me then were so close to my heart...you know who you are. 😍 You guys were such a big part of the best memories of my life. 😁❤️

Work has taken over and even running with #AdidasRunnersSG on weekends become challenging. It made me realize I actually have so little time to myself and my family, and that I have given up the things I so enjoyed doing that kept me decently healthy, to being weak and lethargic all the time when I suddenly had to cut down and stop. Body started feeling all sorts once that happened.

Fighting my way back is tough, but I'm finally seeing improvements with regular workout routines and runs and proper supplementation now during this CB. HEALTH is the most important thing and don't be like me, only realizing it when I'm halfway through my life.

Afternoon long walk to Milano Centrale, then to China Town, then went to the park and do resistance band workout. Saw people play Chinese Chess and stopped by to have a look at it. Both of them are really good.
At the park, felt great to see kids, adults, elderly, runners, fitness enthusiast exercising, using the facilities there. I joined some stranger here passing football as my warm up. Saw a group of runners having their group training too. The environment is really motivating. You won't feel alone where everyone doing exercise.
