As part of Sexual Health Awareness month, we focus on a very specific topic and yet mythical. (Still!)… Self-Pleasure. There are two ways, either we only make it about ourselves, or we almost forget about ourselves.

my first #SoundHealing talk! there is so much misunderstanding around natural therapies. some aren’t sure what it is exactly and some are worried about occult affiliations. so it was a great honour & pleasure to have 1.5 hours to introduce Sound Healing properly - it’s history, scientific background, as well as spiritual perspectives. thank you for having me for this Mental Health Awareness month event! I was so happy when one of the attendees said that he didn’t buy into Sound Healing at all before but I changed his mind. I just want more people to know that these natural options are out there to help our health.
