How’s your day so far? Mine is busy as usual and I feel like eating Korean food for a change. I ordered some of my favorites from Oiso Korean Traditional Cuisine & Cafe at The Curve and enjoy at home. By the way, “Oiso” means welcome in Korean dialect especially from the southern part. 🇰🇷🇰🇷

These are my orders ~ kimchi tuna stew, korean spicy rice cake tteokbokki, spicy chicken noodle, and beef short ribs soup. All their sets come with side dishes. 💥💥

I love their home-cooked food, it’s delicious, healthy, big portion, and prices are reasonable, between RM16.90 to RM24.90 only. 😍😍

Takeout & Delivery are available at The Curve, Mutiara Damansara; Jaya 33, Petaling Jaya; Utropolis, Shah Alam; DC Mall, Damansara City; IOI City mall, Putrajaya; Aman Sentral, Alor Setar; and Damen mall, Subang USJ.

Getting cold ❄️ & it’s soup noodle weather 🍜! How do we enjoy rich tomato soup goodness 🍅 AND stay healthy when dining out?

¹ Choose macaroni, rice noodles or pasta over instant noods to lower trans fat intake🍝

² Limit processed food like spam / sausages / spicy pork cubes as they are high in saturated fat & salt 🧂

³ Choose wholesome protein choices such as beef slices 🥩 and eggs🥚. *Sunny side-up generally has less oil than scrambled egg 🍳

⁴ Enjoy the 🍅 bits in the soup but avoid drinking the soup! It’s still high in sodium🧂!

How to make Jjapaguri (Ram-don) in 1 minute!
I followed the official recipe from the noodle company Nongshim.

Since I saw the news that Parasite won Best picture at the Oscars, I have had a craving for Jjapaguri (Ram-don). Jjapaguri is made with two types of Korean instant noodles, Chapagetti + Neoguri. Both noodles have been around for years, steady best sellers in Korea. Chapagetti is an instant noodles mixed with black bean sauce which has a sweet and salty taste. Neoguri is noodle soup with spicy seafood taste.
At the movie, they mixed it with small pieces of steak.

YOU WILL NEED:
Chapagetti
Neoguri
水 1,100 ml
Steak meat (optional)

浣熊面 1個
水 1,100 ml
