What u get when u mix chia seeds and pasta? Chia seeds pasta of course hahaha. *Trick you!*
Instead of the doing the traditional pasta way, let's do something different!
A Forever Young Enterprise - S Pte Ltd Chia Seeds Pasta Mini bowl
Ingredients:
1. Chia seeds pasta
2. 2 eggs (2 yolks if baby have whites allergy)
3. 100mls milk
4. Shredded cheese
5. Salt & pepper or powder seasoning
6. Water for boiling pasta
For the mixture, you can use
- teriyaki chicken (which I'm using from the left over from the bento I made in the morning)
- tomato pasta (baby friendly)
- creamy fish (baby friendly)
Steps:
1. Soak the pasta for 2mins
2. Boil the pasta for 6 to 9mins
3. Grease the muffin pan and preheat the oven 200°C
4. After that rinse with cold water
5. Mix in eggs, milk and seasoning, mix well
6. Put the pasta in the pan, make a dent in the middle
7. Put in your mixture
8. Sprinkle cheese on top.
9. Bake for 15 to 18mins.
Serve warm!

? Healthy, fried rice (quinoa)
egg
Plant-based meat
Onions
Diced carrots
Broccoli
Light soy sauce
Salt
Quinoa
? Spicy vodka wholemeal fusilli with sous vide chicken breast
1 onion, diced
2-3 tbsp extra virgin Olive oil
2 cloves of Garlic, peeled
Salt
Pepper
1 can of Tomato paste
Dried Thyme, to taste (optional)
Dried oregano, to taste
Red pepper flakes, to taste
1/3 cup Vodka
1 cup heavy cream
1 lb rigatoni or penne pasta
Parmesan & mozzarella cheese
A knob of butter
Chopped fresh parsley to taste
? Cocoa baked rolled oats
30g rolled oats
7g cocoa powder
1/2 medium banana
2g baking soda
70ml cup milk
A slice of dark chocolate
Bake at 180c for 20 min

Ingredients for Western twist Zousui (serving 2)
: 1/2 thin sliced onion
: 50 - 60g julienne carrot
: 1/2 pack enoki mushroom
: 1/2 pack shimeji mushroom
: Left-over rice (100g ~ more)
: 500ml bouillon stock
: 50ml heavy cream or milk
★You can put some shredded cheese and bake it like Gratin or Doria (a rice casserole) .
Simple Teriyaki chicken (serving 2)
: 150g - 250g chicken
: 3 tbsp mirin
: 2 tbsp soy sauce
: 2 tbsp sake
