黃糖 90g/ 100ml
亞麻籽粉 1tbsp + 水 3 tbsp
香草精油 1 tsp
鹽 1/4 tsp
全麥(低筋)麵粉 90g/ 175ml
蘇打粉 1 tsp
巧克力 40-50g (non-dairy chocolate for vegan)
**170C 15-18 分鐘

Flax Meal 1tbsp + 水 3 tbsp
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Whole Wheat Pastry Flour 90g/ 175ml
Baking Soda 1 tsp
Chocolate 40-50g (non-dairy chocolate for vegan)
**170C 15-18 minutes
