Here are a few reasons why…
Reason #1: Losing traders hoping to get out at breakeven
Multi-year highs represent extreme optimism in the markets because most traders (and investors) are in profits.
But as you know, the price cannot go up forever. Eventually, it has to retrace or reverse altogether.
When that happens, many traders will exit their long trades.
However, not everyone will do the same. Some will continue holding, hoping the price could breakout higher to give them even more profits.
But when the market collapses even lower, they’ll regret not selling earlier as their open profits have been eroded and they are now sitting on their losses. They hope the market could re-test the highs so they can get out of their trades at breakeven.
Reason #2: Bearish traders looking to short the markets
For bearish traders, multi-year highs present an opportunity to short the market at a “high price” because they can reference the highs to set their stop loss.
So as the price approaches multi-year highs, the short interest from bearish traders will increase.
Reason #3: Momentum traders looking to buy breakouts
Momentum traders buy breakouts as the price moves above a certain level. It could be breakouts of a range, swing high, resistance, etc.
But what’s interesting is if the price breaks out of multi-year highs, it’ll attract attention from traders across different timeframes.
That’s because whether you’re a day trader, swing trader, long-term trader, etc. the multi-year highs will be something visible on your timeframe (and charts).
Now, whether you’re bullish or bearish, multi-year high is a significant level for traders.
If you’re bearish, then you can reference it to set your stop loss above the highs.
If you’re bullish, then you can look to buy the breakout and have your stops below the previous multi-year highs (anticipating that it could become previous resistance turned support).
(And vice versa for multi-year low.)

I get asked this question a lot, but I didn’t go to school for art or photography. Although photography’s always been something I loved, it started as a passion project. I would post all my work on Tumblr and Flickr (anyone else?) and spend hours and hours browsing others' work as well.
I was in my high school photography team (where I met my partner, Tim, who was then the director of the team), covering school events and all. Back then, DSLRs were expensive, a real investment just for a hobby. As my interest grew, my dad bought me my first camera and I will forever be grateful for his support. This “hobby” continued throughout my university years. I would photograph for modelling agencies, fashion brands, friends, events and celebrations, and sometimes just for the fun of it.
One day, I had a sudden thought that I wanted to be a photographer, for real. And from then on I never looked back. I poured everything and all my time into growing my business- constantly learning, refining my craft, practising how to shoot in any and every type of situation and lighting, etc. It’s been full of ups and downs, but gosh I still can’t imagine doing anything else other than this.
It’s been close to a decade now since I ventured into photography. I owe it all to my dad and Tim for their endless support throughout my journey. Now I’ll give myself some credit too—I’ve learned to constantly grow and adapt in this ever-changing industry. Running a photography business is hard work. I’ve learned what it means to have conviction, to be unrelenting, and have the determination to reach my goals despite all else. I’m only just getting started! ✨

This is a bad@ss fat burning workout!
Here presenting to you one of my favorite basic exercises to burn fat anytime anywhere. Looks easy to some, but I challenge you to do it and you will feel burn.
Warming up your body before going all-out is crucial.
I would recommend everyone to spend at least 5-10 minutes doing some dynamic warm up on light to moderate intensity.
I would personally go through 1 round of this exercise routine with moderate effort before I start pushing myself hard. Going through the Round 1 format with easy-moderate effort before you starts your actual working set can be a good way to get ready too.
After each round. Pause the video take 1-2 minutes break. Depending on how fit you are, somehow it gonna hurt... but hey, it's only 10 mins! and the pain that you feel is what keeping the stubborn fat screaming! Right? ;)
Important note: Unfortunately, there is no Beginner modification in this workout. This routine are made for Intermediate-Advanced, or anyone who likes to undergo something a little more challenging from my workouts.
However, if you are a fresh Beginner but you really, really want to do this workout. Then, I would recommend you to stick to the Round 1 format, if you felt OK... You might be able to do the Round 2-3 version, who knows? ;)

Japan has some of the most hi-tech elevators anywhere in the world. The Japanese have even managed to incorporate the concept of "OMOTENASHI" or Japanese Hospitality into the elevators as well. While OMOTENASHI can be something very special in most cases, could in fact there be too much OMOTENASHI in some situations? "Omotenashi Overkill" !?!?!? See for yourself.

<鉄人28号Tetsujin Nijūhachi-gō>
The Kobe Tetsujin Project was started to create a giant 18 meter tall Tetsujin 28 in Nada-ward to give strength and hope to the people of Kobe after surviving the 1995 earthquake. Mitsuteru Yokoyama, the artist that created the manga "Tetsujin 28", was born and lived in Kobe. All Japanese, young and old love to visit this monument, play around his feet, and enjoy being in the presence of this historical character. Gao!

I have been in Japan now for a bit over 20 years. My interest in Japan started with Origami when I was 5 years old and after coming here in High School, I just could not stop coming back. I have enjoyed traveling all over Japan and studying many of the traditional arts such as Kimono, Tea Ceremony, Kendo and Kyudo. The more I see and learn the more I come to understand how much more there is to find out about. Japan really is a wonderful place to visit or live. I hope these videos give a taste of what one can do here, encourage those that have yet to visit, and give new ideas for people looking to try something new and interesting here. Yokoso!
