Saw this statement on a menu and here are my thoughts 💭

1. Himalayan salt contains trace minerals but such amount is not significant and has provides extra benefits than table salt.

2. Excessive intake of any salt contributes to hypertension.

Conclusion: Be cautious with health claims from “health products” or food industry.

Miyazaki Wagyu 特選宮崎 A5 和牛ヒレ Filet Tenderloin. Served with Himalayan Salt, 梅塩昆布, Mushroom, Asparagus, Pumpkin, Garlic chips & freshly grated Wasabi. Personally speaking I hardly order a Filet or Chateaubriand Wagyu cut, because I think it is hyped up & there are even other Secondary cuts which can perform at the same level if not above... however you have to give credit to this Teppanyaki restaurant, because this was a very good pick of a Tenderloin. They weren’t taking any short cuts and is giving you the best materials~! 😋😋😋 @ UKIYO Teppanyaki Steakhouse 世

Hey Everyone!!!! So for today, it is my early BDay dinner with my family. My mom doesn't like Crowding with restaurants on the weekend. I asked for one of my favorite Chinese dishes...Crab Claw Legs. They were so good. Then we did a bit of shopping at WalMart. And then, Matthew got me my BDay present. Thanks for watching & supporting my Channel.
