My friends and readers have been DM me about some fish recipes and some has mentioned they love to eat but don't know how to gauge the cooking time and ended up the fish seems overcooked. ⠀

Since I'm been challenged by @the.threelittlebears to do a salmon dish, I decided to do a simple and idiot-proof dish - Baked Honey 🍯 Lemon 🍋 Salmon.⠀

This is a perfect dish for kids and people who are scared of fishy smell. Wrapping up the salmon helps it to bake evenly and lock in the fish juice. This makes your salmon fish soft and the sauce is perfect to drizzle on your rice! 🤤⠀

Aluminum foil⠀

Butter (30g soft or melted)⠀
Minced Garlic (4 cloves)⠀
Lemon Slices ⠀
Lemon Juice (2 tbsp)⠀
Parsley flakes (or fresh if you have)⠀
