✂️ Completed our 14-day home quarantine in Hong Kong! We got to cut our wristbands finally. 🙋🏻♀️ Useful tips that could help you if you're working and staying at home or being quarantined at home:
1. Well stocked with groceries, pre-packed food for easy cooking OR just food delivery everything.
2. Take care of yourself - Daily grooming, eat well, sleep well, shower, get some sunlight, keep your house clean and airy (Never underestimate simple things like that).
3. Workout. Or simply daily stretching if you're usually not active. Baby steps.
4. Fast internet connection for work or entertainment.
5. Active social connections (video chat/
text close family and friends regularly).
6. Laugh every day. Watch stand up comedies on Netflix, internet memes, or do stuff that help you to unwind.
7. Trust your (quarantine/stay home) journey. Some days are better than others and that's just life.
8. Don't overthink! Life is very simple when we make time to take care and reconnect with ourselves and people who matter in our life.
