Gọi là lười vì trong nhà có gì C dùng nấy, chứ cũng ko ra đường mua gì cả =)))
Công thức bột trên ảnh, nhanh mà dễ làm 😚
Xốt cà chua tùy ý, nhà còn gì cho nấy, nhưng nếu muốn ngon thì nên là có 1/2 củ hành tây, 1 tép tỏi băm, 2 quả cà chua, xíu đường, muối tiêu, chút lá oregano hoặc basil. Nấu lên, đừng cho nước, để nó đặc chút, để nguội, xay ra chứ đừng lười như C 🤣
Topping theo sở thích nhé, thái các thứ thành miếng nhỏ thôi cho nhanh chín. Bột thì sau khi trở về nhiệt độ phòng rồi, mn đem cán ra, mỏng dày tùy ý, thích ngựa ngựa như C làm viền cũng đc 😂 Bỏ sốt, topping lên r nướng thôi.
Nướng 250°C nếu lò lên đc nhiệt cao hơn thì mn nướng 270-280°C nhé, tùy lò tầm 7-10p là xong rồi :> Còn cái này là kinh nghiệm nè, C dùng tấm silicone thành ra mặt dưới nó ko đc xém thơm, mn nên sử dụng khay đen của lò, phủ bột lên chống dính nhé, để đc hấp thụ nhiệt tốt hơn, bánh có màu đẹp và ăn ngon hơn.

Sauce of your choice, I used what I had. But I have a better recipe : half an onion, 1 clove of garlic, 2 ripe tomatoes, a pinch of sugar, salt & pepper, oregano or basil up to you. Cook them, make the sauce a little bit thick, don't put water. Blend it, you should, I was such a lazy ass 🤦
Toppings of your choice, cut them a little bit small so they can be cooked through in the oven. Let the dough rest in room temp, then you can use it, stretch it, roll it with a rolling pin, any ways or shapes you prefer. Put the sauce, toppings, cheese then let's bake it 🙌
250°C in 7-10mins, better at 270-280°C if your oven can go up that much. In my experience, you should use the oven tray, like the black ones, (remember to put flour to prevent the stickiness) so the dough can be cooked more. Mine I used the silicone mat, so it was not as golden as I wanted it to be :<

👉Mix Greek yoghurt & self raising flour, knead to form a smooth pliable dough.

フルーツピザ
4人分
材料:
■ピザ生地
強力粉 75g
薄力粉 75g
ドライイースト 3g
塩 ふたつまみ
オリーブオイル 10g
湯(約40℃)100ml
■チーズクリーム
生クリーム 200ml
クリームチーズ(室温に戻す)100ml
砂糖 30g
レモンの皮 お好みで
■トッピング
いちご 適量
オレンジ 適量
キウイ 適量
ぶどう 適量
マスカット 適量
ラズベリー 適量
ミント お好みで
作り方:
1.生地を作る。ボウルに強力粉、薄力粉、ドライイースト、塩を入れ、軽く混ぜ合わせる。
2.(1)にオリーブオイル、ぬるま湯を加えてこねる。
3.台に打ち粉(分量外)をふり、(2)をのせる。手のひらで押しつけては折り畳みながら、表面がなめらかになるまで10分ほどこねる。
4.生地を丸めてボウルに入れ、ラップをして、2倍に膨らむまで1時間ほど発酵させる。(一次発酵)
5.オーブンを230℃に予熱する。
6.台に打ち粉(分量外)をふり、生地をのせ、手のひらで押してガス抜きする。
7.めん棒で天板の大きさに薄く丸型にのばす。全体にまんべんなくフォークで穴を開ける。
8.天板にクッキングシートを敷いて(7)をのせ、230℃で10分ほど焼く。焼けたらケーキクーラーの上で粗熱をとる。
9.チーズクリームを作る。ボウルにクリームチーズ、砂糖を入れ、なめらかになるまでよく混ぜる。
10.(9)に生クリームを加え、ハンドミキサーで8分立てにする。
11.いちご、オレンジ、キウイは1cm幅に切る。
12.(8)に(10)を塗り、フルーツを外側から内側に円状に飾ったら、完成!

Servings: 4
INGREDIENTS
◆Pizza dough
75g bread flour
75g flour
3g dry yeast
Some salt
10g olive oil
100ml warm water (about 40℃)
◆Cheese cream
200ml heavy cream
100ml cream cheese (at room temperature)
30g sugar
Some lemon peels
◆Toppings
Some strawberries
Some oranges
Some kiwis
Some grapes (red & green)
Some raspberries
Some mint leaves
PREPARATION
1. For pizza dough: Combine bread flour, cake flour, dry yeast, and salt in a bowl.
2. Add olive oil and warm water into the bowl (1) and knead.
3. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface. Pat and fold in the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
4. Place the dough in a bowl and wrap with a food wrap. Let it rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
5. Preheat the oven to 230℃.
6. Move the dough to a lightly floured surface. Punch down the dough to release the air.
7. Using a rolling pin, roll and form the dough. Poke holes in the dough with a fork.
8. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place the formed dough (7). Bake for 10 minutes at 230℃. Let it cool on a bread cooling rack.
9. For cheese cream: Mix cream cheese and sugar in a bowl until smooth.
10. Add heavy cream into the bowl (9). Whisk with a hand mixer until medium peaks form.
11. Cut strawberries, oranges, and kiwis into 1cm slices.
12. Spread cheese cream (10) onto the pizza (8). Place some fruits on top.
13. Enjoy!

ガーリックパウダー 大さじ1
塩 少々
コショウ 少々
■ミートピザボート
マリナラソース(トマトソース) 60g
モッツァレラチーズ(スライス) 100g
サラミ 7枚
ソーセージ(刻む) 2本
ロースハム(2cm角切り) 2枚
ベーコン(みじん切り、焼いておく) 1枚
■野菜ピザボート
アルフレッドソース 60g
ほうれん草 30g
アーティチョーク(スライス) 30g
マッシュルーム(スライス) 4個
パルメザンチーズ 50g
ドライトマト 20g
■バーベキューチキンピザボート
バーベキューソース 60g
サラダチキン(ひと口大にほぐす)150g
ピザ用チーズ 50g
赤パプリカ(細切り) 30g
紫玉ねぎ(薄切り) 30g
■生ハムピザボート
ジェノベーゼソース 60g
生ハム 30g
赤唐辛子 適量
パルメザンチーズ 50g
卵 3個
粗挽きコショウ 少々
作り方:
1.オーブンは230℃に予熱しておく。
2.クッキングシートを敷いた天板にバゲットの断面を上にして並べる。
3.ボウルにオリーブオイル、ガーリックパウダー、塩、コショウを加えて混ぜ、刷毛でバゲットに塗り、230℃のオーブンできつね色になるまで10分焼く。
4.ミートピザボートを作る。バゲットにマリナラソースを塗り、モッツァレラチーズ、サラミ、ソーセージ、ロースハム、ベーコンをのせる。
5.野菜ピザボートを作る。バゲットにアルフレッドソースを塗り、ほうれん草、アーティチョーク、マッシュルーム、パルメザンチーズ、ドライトマトをのせる。
6.バーベキューチキンピザボートを作る。バゲットにバーベキューソースを塗り、サラダチキン、ピザ用チーズ、赤パプリカ、紫玉ねぎをのせる。
7.生ハムピザボートを作。バゲットにジェノベーゼソースを塗り、生ハム、赤唐辛子、パルメザンチーズをのせ、卵を割り落とし、粗挽きコショウを振る。
8.230℃のオーブンで15分焼いたら、完成!

Alfredo Veggie Pizza Party Boat
Alfredo sauce

Artichokes
Sliced mushroom
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Sun-dried tomatoes
Barbecue Chicken Pizza Party Boat
Barbecue sauce
Cooked sliced chicken
Shredded pepper Jack cheese
Sliced bell pepper
Sliced red onion
Pesto Prosciutto Pizza Party Boat
Pesto sauce

Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the loaves of bread cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush over the bread.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and dried out.
Top the bread with the toppings of your choice. You can mix and match any flavor combinations you prefer!
For Meat Lovers pizza, add marinara sauce, mozzarella, mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, ham, and bacon.
For Alfredo Veggie pizza, add alfredo sauce, spinach, artichokes, mushrooms, Parmesan, and sun-dried tomatoes.
For Barbecue Chicken Pizza, add barbecue sauce, chicken, pepper Jack, bell pepper, and red onion.
For Prosciutto Pesto Pizza, add pesto, prosciutto, roasted red pepper, Parmesan, eggs, and pepper.
Bake the pizza party boats for 15 minutes, or until the ingredients are heated through and the cheese is fully melted.
Slice and serve!

An interesting week of baking my first mango float and my own customized pizza~
If you think Mango float is a type of drink, it is not~ It is a Philippino dessert and it tasted like heaven when i first tried in Philippines! So this time, taking the baking matters into my own hands with Charlotte~
Pizza making was also fun, I have never thought I could do this~ so happy and satisfying to have a taste of my own creation at the end! I was toooo greedy creating my pizza with a table full of ingredients~ so guys... don't do that... haha... Thank God the pizza turned out to be awesome even though I added too many toppings~ I will definitely do DIY pizza again in the future!!
