A really quick tutorial of the yin poses we practised in the IG Live class. Remember to pause the video so you can hold the poses for 3-5 mins :)
I decided to make this because I couldn’t save the IG Live class :(
I still recommend taking the full hour class (through iglive) because we practise more than just poses. We take the time to dive into a meditative state where we practise stillness, calmness and patience. We also incorporate breathing exercises (pranayama) and dedicating the energy towards the intention we set.
