Located in a residential neighborhood, the place is quite,spacious and very homey. Since it's at the first floor, there is an accessible backyard for the resident to use. Please be careful of the noise your making because the neighbors rests very early. We hope to look for respectful tenants for the place.
🔸周邊環境
Ihous右後方，走到政大或公車站不到5分鐘，政大周邊商圈就在你身邊。公車可以直達公館、景美夜市、台北車站、動物園、附近有超市超商及美廉社， 購買生活用品十分方便。附近都是住宅區不管什麼時候都十分安靜，希望房客也能一同維持這份寧靜。
Less then 5 minutes from NCCU, also very close to Ihouse. 3 minutes to the closest supermarket and also anything you need to buy for enjoy a life here is within 10 minutes of reach.
For transportation, the buses in front of school can take you downtown within 30 minutes, heading straight to Taipei 101 and all the night lives there. The bus can take you to Taipei Zoo MRT station, brown line. You could also take a Ubike and bike around school or towards the MRT. It locates in a quiet neighborhood, and we hope the guests will cherish the peacefulness too.

復因本校推動國際化政策，為支應國際交換生之住宿需求，下學年先予預留床位
男生計62床、女生計120床(約佔總床位數之4％)，倘若今年國際會館順利完全後，部分
國際交換生將進住該宿舍，俟後亦將會把空床位釋出給有需要的同學們候補。

學人暨國際學生宿舍上樑 預計2010年9月啟用
政大第二學人宿舍及國際學生暨研究生宿舍(I-house)2009年4月動土以來，目前整體建築
已經大致成形，31日舉行上樑典禮，整體工程目標預計2010年4月完工、9月正式開放學生
入住。
新建國際學生宿舍規畫提供168個床位，為符合國際學生住宿需求期待，空間設計較寬闊
，也將提供較高品質服務。總務處、學務處與國際合作事務處已經組成工作小組，定期開
會研擬未來運作管理細則。
所以這棟宿舍到底有沒有希望如期完成啊？
這樣一來候補上的機會會比較大嗎？
