SCMP發現，原來「#科技專才輸入計劃」推出前無認真研究過人才需求，無數據分析過究竟香港對科技人才市場需求有幾大，需要邊D水平同技術的人，但就一味快快推出。我今日問ITB副局長，佢話計劃遲下會檢討，根本冇big picture。政府對數據分析如此不尊重，搞咩大數據，市民和業界對政策點會有信心？

“They didn’t study what kind of talent is most needed: fresh graduates with a doctoral or master’s degree, or those with five to 10 years’ experience in a certain field?
“They didn’t study the scheme’s impact on local market … They didn’t study whether outside talent want to come and work in Hong Kong,” Mok said.//

Wow, what is the nice mansion for? Make a guess…Guesthouse? B&B? Museum? You may feel surprised when you hear the correct answer: it’s National Immigration Agency in Tainan! Yeah…a house for government. However, it’s not for any historical reason. They just rent this place as office, and before that it was a restaurant . Is baroque style too fancy for our government? By the way, the building is not opening for tourist. Stay in the garden if you want to take a beautiful picture with it!🌈
