We know the below photo with inciting contents has been passing around recently which mislead some people believe Filipino workers in Taiwan are endanger.

We have to say this is a hoax! This is a rumor!
We would like to clarify that “that photo” is digital fake one, the original one was taken in China, Xinjiang riot, in July 5th, 2009.
我們台灣人在此澄清，
這張照片是中國新疆2009年7月5日的暴動事件，
並不是台灣，更不是台灣人試圖攻擊任何菲籍人士的行為。
As you could see the digital fake one’s has vague background, after we restored it, you could see the background clearly with simplified Chinese character instead of traditional Chinese character. Please go find out the truth, Taiwan official character is traditional Chinese character.
還原原本的照片，可見到背後的街景是簡體中文，並不是台灣使用的繁體中文。請你們問身邊在台灣工作的朋友／家人們，便可以得知這是個誤傳。
All we want is this particular fisherman incident has fair and public investigation without any agitator.
台灣人在這次國際事件中，只想要公平公開的真相。

12.exposition--1st part of the plot, introduces the characters, situation,
time, and place
13.rising action--2nd part,events that complicates the situation.
14.climax(turning point)--3rd part, the point at which the action stops
