2 keping roti buang kulitnya
1 tin susu cair
3 bijik telur ayam
sedikit serbuk vanilla
4 sudu susu pekat
semua bahan2 ni blend sampai halus then tapis masuk ke gula hangus tadi..kukus dalam 25 minit..nanti dia naik sikit tapi jangan panik sebab dah masak dia surut semula..

masak atas api sampai cair,likat dan pekat..agak2 je.dah sejuk suam sikit masukkan secawan tepung naik sendiri..last masukkan 4 bijik telur yg dah di blender siap2 sampai kembang tadi..balik kaup je x yah gatal2 guna mixer..
bila dah setel semua,keramel pun dah masak baru tapiskan bahan kek tadi atas keramel..masak semula sampai masak dalam 40 minit..siap masak sendengkan loyang lap2 air gula bawah tu.kalau x kek basah x sedap...tekungkupkan kek dan cepat2 lap guna tisu
p/s : kejayaan besar bila terbalikkan kek keramel x pecah.macam buat kek keramel pelangi jugak.bila terbalikkan kek then keramel pecah perasaan dia hampa,sedih,macam baru lepas kena buang kerja,lonely,hilang wallet..lebih kurang...selamat mencuba..

1. 豆奶

2. 椰奶
