🍂 今個秋天感覺特別乾燥,所以特地做了一個甜點給自己:椰糖煮梨🍐 對喉嚨乾燥非常有幫助,熱食更特別有種溫暖的感覺。
這次用上來自 #意大利 🇮🇹的威廉梨子,跟平日吃的水晶梨不同,特別香甜細軟,外表的淡紅有種秋葉的味道。而意大利其他品種如阿貝提、凱撒、迪卡納和啤梨也各有特色,同樣清甜多汁。配上杏仁片和紅棗,女生一定喜歡吧!
