《波蘭 · 後感》
這十二天的波蘭，比較去年三十八天的波蘭，是另一種奇妙的經歷。
Compared to the thirty-eight days stay one year ago, this twelve days tour in Poland, is simply another kind of brilliant.
去年五月二十號，正跟女友在一間在波蘭租的住址用膳之際，神奇地遇上了這幾個瘋瘋癲癲的阿根廷樂手；今年五月二十號，我們正忙著旅程中第二場演出，那是在去年我們最後一場演出的同一個場地。
Last year 20th of May, during a fine and quiet dinner with my girlfriend at the rent apartment, magic happened. Few amazing Argentine professional musician, of complete madness, popped up in my life. This year at the same date, we were bustling for our second gigs. It was the bar where we had our last concert one year ago.
一年前的我，剛開始迷上爵士音樂，對演奏爵士音樂的感覺是，迷迷糊糊，好像玩得不錯，又好像勉勉強強。碰上他們，是我首次真正可以和專業樂手試一試劍的機會。去年的十二場演出，是真正令我開始踏上爵士路的時候。
One year ago, the time when I just began my obsession with jazz. The words to describe my feeling towards this music would be, I guess..'Puzzle'. The sway of being excellent or completely lost. Meanwhile, it is my very first time to be able to play with real professional jazz musician. These twelve concerts last year, was a key to unlock the perplexing me towards jazz.
這一年裡，我開始向身邊的友人，前輩請教爵士音樂的理論、不同種類的節奏、每種爵士音樂的代表人物等等，直至早前向香港的大師級爵士鋼琴手Ted Lo 拜師學藝，現在，修練的路總算清晰了。
During the year, I keep on asking, questioning, looking for the mystery of jazz theory, different kinds and magic of rhythm, the representatives of different jazz kind. Until months ago, I'm lucky enough to be taught by this master jazz pianist in HK, Ted Lo. Right now, the path is finally cleared.
帶著一年的研究成果，再次和他們瘋瘋癲癲地演出，不但自覺演奏更自如，亦開始理解到這些作品的深度，鼓手腦袋裡滿滿的節奏知識，和這種音樂的前衛性。
One year later, with the knowledge from friends, the vision from the master, and the new technique from everyday practice, magic happens again. Not only could I be more submerged in the music, I can read the depth of the composition, the exploding amount of knowledge in the drummer's mind, and the creativity of this unique Tango Fusion music.
我們住的地方，沒有熱水；每天也不知道下一個行程；壓力、問題每天都在增加。事實上，巡演，看上很美，但當中的壓力比很多表演都重。今年，我不再是「天上降下的口琴小子」，而是這隊樂隊的一分子。在這裡分擔起責任，壓力，是一種新的體驗。這絶不有趣，但每場演出後的感覺卻更深，更透徹。
The place we live, has no hot water; full of uncertainty towards everyday schedule; stress and problem are accumulating day by day. Indeed, 'Tour' is an elegant name. But the stress behind this word, is beyond how it is seen apparently. This year, I'm no longer the 'harmonica boy from the sky', but one of the member in the band. Sharing stress, responsibility and problem here, is a brand new experience. This is no fun thing at all. However, the feeling with this, is much deeper. Reaching to the soul.
十二天，五場演出，每一場也是「Standing Ovation」。這比什麼名利都來得更真實，更感動。
Twelve days, five concert, no exception of receiving a 'Standing Ovation'. This is the most tangible and touching part than all the money attraction or fame.
Thank you every friends in Poland, who claps and shout for us, who organise and to make the magic happen again, who loves our music. It is my pleasure to perform in this lovely country.
