Baking experiment #130921: Tried jazzing up an old recipe - one that many of you said is good - by making cupcakes instead of a loaf. It’s probably a little unconventional to have a heavy cupcake, but the lightness of the Vanilla Mascarpone Cream balances it out quite well.
