Alternate Jumping Jacks (1 min) with High-knee Jumps (1 min), 3 rounds. *Workout*
1. Kettle bell swing (12kg), 30 x 3
2. Clean-jerk-squat, 10kg x 10 reps, 15kg x 8 reps, 15kg x 6 reps.
3. Medicine ball crab walk, 8kg, 8 steps, 5 rounds.
4. Bench press, 10lb dumbbell, 10x3 sets
5. Prone knee bend with 10lb dumbbell, 10x3 sets.
6. Leg raises, 20x3 sets
7. Cross sit ups, 20x3 sets
End with stretches.
