There are New Channels of Provision for You
No matter how you are receiving your daily provision, whether it’s by your parents, working a job or business, investing, or sponsored, you need to know that these are all channels, not the source.
In a drainage basin, the source of water is rain from the sky. The water collects at an elevated area and then flows down to lower areas.
God is the heavenly source of all provision. He can use people as channels to distribute provision, but everything good comes from Him. Never treat your parents, boss, sponsor, clients, or the stock market as if they are the source.
God provided for Elijah at the brook Cherith for a season, but that brook eventually dried up. God did not abandon Elijah after that. God told him that He had prepared a new channel of provision “there” in Zarephath.
“Then Yahweh’s word came to him, saying, “Go away from here, turn eastward, and hide yourself by the brook Cherith, that is before the Jordan. You shall drink from the brook. I have commanded the ravens to feed you there.” So he went and did according to Yahweh’s word; for he went and lived by the brook Cherith that is before the Jordan. The ravens brought him bread and meat in the morning, and bread and meat in the evening; and he drank from the brook. After a while, the brook dried up, because there was no rain in the land. Yahweh’s word came to him, saying, “Arise, go to Zarephath, which belongs to Sidon, and stay there. Behold, I have commanded a widow there to sustain you.”” (1 Kings 17:2-9 WEB)
When one channel dries up, you can be sure that God has another flowing towards you. You don’t have to stand at the dried-up brook and cry. Just receive your new channel of provision based on where God leads you to. Be prepared for change because nothing stays exactly the same in this world.
“But I don’t see any way this can happen. I know no one and no one knows me. How can any help possibly reach me?” Well, God knows you.
Even if you are stuck in the driest desert wilderness, He can make rivers run through it to reach you. He can go through all obstacles to save you.
““Don’t remember the former things, and don’t consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs out now. Don’t you know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. The animals of the field shall honor me, the jackals and the ostriches; because I give water in the wilderness and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen, the people which I formed for myself, that they might declare my praise.” (Isaiah 43:18-21 WEB)
I know that this year has been difficult for many people, and that many of you experienced your brook drying up. However, God has a new channel of provision waiting for you to step into.
Earlier this month, a new waterfall burst forth in the wilderness in Israel. I believe that it is a sign that God is pouring out new channels of provision for His people who are experiencing difficult situations. Not just natural provision, but also of His gifts, anointing, wisdom and power!
To prepare for the new channel of provision, expect something fresh in 2021. Be open to new ways of doing things, and be flexible as led by the Holy Spirit. Even in completely new roles that you’re completely unskilled and inexperienced in, do not be afraid because God will fill the gaps by His anointing upon you. God will feed you—His chosen and sanctified one. Give Him praise!

Delicate Ears to the Heart

Saya berpesan kepada diri sendiri dan sesiapa yang mahu ambil pengajaran (kesan jangka panjang perjalanan hidup saya),
Tolong ubah cara didikan anak-anak.
Tak perlu terjerit-jerit jerkah budak.
Wallahi TAK PERLU.
Biasakan dari kecil mereka dengan teguran yang lemah-lembut, soft tones, insha Allah budak boleh dengar & respond.
Mulakan dengan kelembutan + jangan sesekali pun cetuskan/initiate jerkah. Jangan!
Yang jadi mereka biasa behave sebab jerkah tengking ni, sebab KITA - PARENTS yang bentuk kebiasaan mereka.
Tak perlu guna alasan sedapkan hati sendiri "this is Asian way to educate kids". 😖
Anda nak ke, nanti bila anda dah tua, hati di fasa delicate yang amat tu, anak-anak berjiwa gagah zaman gemilang bertenaga dia, dia jerkah anda?
Anda mahu ke, anda menjadi punca jiwa anak-anak anda rapuh, tak mampu masuk ke dunia pekerjaan, hilang keyakinan diri, anxiety depression, masuk wad gila, sepanjang hidup meracau gangguan jiwa, akhirnya hidup rosak, apa pun dia tak yakin untuk buat apatah lagi untuk survive? Anda nak tinggalkan generasi depan yang tak mampu uruskan hidup sendiri (no self confidence) bila anda dah tiada?

Pernah waktu belajar (soifi) di Jordan tu saya perhatikan sepasang suami isteri Malaysian ni, saya suka kepada kedua-duanya kerana sifat mereka lemah-lembut, sekufu sesama mereka. Saya fikir anak mereka beruntung (sekarang dah besar pun), ada ibubapa yang baik, soft spoken.
Saya juga pernah lihat (bermuamalah dengan) keluarga yang anak-anaknya memang elok je dengar cakap mak ayah yang tegur mereka baik-baik. Tak perlu tengking terpekik-pekik.
Saya sendiri dibesarkan oleh ibubapa yang kurang bab membebel, hampir tiada jerkah tengking. Sebab ibubapa saya jenis ambil tindakan (rotan atau jeling) terus. Jangan buang air liur dan sakitkan tekak.
Mungkin atas sebab itu juga jiwa saya biasa dengan ketenangan, tak suka high pitching, dan sangat benci orang tinggikan suara.
Family sendiri tidak mengamalkan jerkah-method. Saya dapat luka emosi bermula bila saya pulang ke kampung. Tak perlu tahu siapa yang jerkah saya, dia sudah mati, dan saya lega atas kematian dia. Waktu dia hidup saya benci balik kampung, ia menjadi satu keresahan "apa aku nak buat ni..", nak tak nak kena ikut, sebab kita kecil lagi, kalau tak ikut balik kampung nanti seorang diri di rumah (Taiping waktu tu).
Jerkah ni biasanya disertakan dengan pakej public shaming. It hurts 😭 sampai ke dalam-dalam dasar hati.
Selain bertubi-tubi di usia kecil, siri jerkah & public shaming ni terjadi masa sekolah menengah. Saya demam, tak mampu nak kayuh basikal balik rumah, terpaksa tidur di kelas, sudah lah jasad tak sihat, ada guru kononnya menunjukkan concern panggil saya dan jerkah (nasihat tapi memalukan) berjam-jam sampai satu sekolah dengar. Sampai sekarang ia membekas benci dalam hati.
Luka siri jerkahan ini berparut segar.
Setiap kali terdengar orang lain jerkah anak, it struck my heart. Luka berdarah balik, walaupun ibubapa tu bukan marah saya pun, saya dah berada di posisi anaknya. It's killing me.
Saya syak, siri heart pain bertubi-tubi beberapa minggu lalu itu ada kaitan dengan (entah la kenapa insiden ni boleh jadi serentak) satu weekend tu saya dengar setiap rumah sekeliling - depan kiri kanan - saya semuanya tengking anak-anak. Bersahut-sahutan, tak putus. Kucings saya pun terkejut dengan fenomena baru tetiba banyak jerkahan.
(My observation, anak-anak dari rumah-rumah ini selalu nak suarakan pandangan & minta perhatian je, mereka rajin keloi -panggil- ayahnya. Sebab ayah-ayah tak jerkah, ayah-ayah layan elok je anak-anak bercakap).
Dulu masa kecil abah pernah selalu kata,
"Cina (refer kepada bos dia) suka tengking orang, tinggi suara", sampai la satu CNY tu saya dengar in-law aunty jerkah tetamu yang cari tempat duduk tapi terpaksa duduk di tangga (dia sangka tetamu tu nak naik ke bahagian atas rumah dia), dan ada la beberapa kes tengking dari keluarga Cina, sampai saya terpaksa iyakan apa yang abah pernah kata. 😢 Saya fikir, selepas trauma balik kampung zaman kecil dulu dah berakhir, rupanya ia bersambungan bila kahwin - there's another new kampung. Cara saya, stay away from these people.
Ia bukan kerana bangsa.
Tapi ia menjadi kebiasaan sesuatu bangsa.
Melayu - biasa didik anak je kena pakai jerkah. Nak nampak 'indah' mereka namakan ia "adat". Adat Melayu mendidik anak - perlukan jerkah.
Tiada fitrah manusia/budak yang sukakan jerkah (tengking). Fitrah manusia sukakan ketenangan.
Terutamanya awal pagi, saya suka ketenangan bunyi kicauan burung dan ayam, binatang bertasbih. Tiba-tiba ada suara halilintar menyertai - menguruskan anak-anak ke sekolah awal pagi perlukan jerkahan.

Cara my parents kejutkan bangun subuh;
Abah - dia tekap tangan sejuk lepas mandi ke muka, kita sedar. Tapi degil juga tak bangun, dia sebut "subhanallah" (I read it as abah marah). Degil tahap 2 tak bangun juga, dia bawa secedok air, renjis muka. Degil tahap 3, dia bawa hanger baju, rotan! Degil tahap 4, dia simbah air sebaldi habis lencun tilam 😑 kesian ummi tambah kerja kena jemur.
Umi - samada dia masak sedap, terus hidung terhidu & terjaga, atau dia buka bacaan al-Quran di radio (I prefer lower tone instead of buka full volume bar), sedikit demi sedikit bacaan al-Quran tu masuk dalam mimpi yang tengah bermain dalam tidur, ayat-ayat tu yang akan jemput minda sedar, sebab otak saya ikut baca sekali. I have sensitive ears, nose, brain.
Jin - ini tak tahu lah malaikat ke jin ke, pernah beberapa kali, ada satu 'entiti' main ibu jari kaki banyak kali sampai 100% sedar terjaga dari tidur. Degil tak bangun, ia main lagi ibu jari kaki. Bukan halusinasi, memang rasa sungguh ada benda pegang ibu jari kaki. Ia bukan kerja roommates, sebab semua roommates pun belum bangun lagi.
Sentuhan (speaking or touching) lembut dengan kekerapan tinggi sudah cukup untuk bentuk jiwa orang, sama seperti cara nak kejutkan ruh supaya kembali ke jasad (bangun dari tidur untuk subuh).

Pernah tengok satu video ni bapa kejutkan anak bangun pagi dengan buat beberapa pergerakan anggota badan anak perempuannya. Suka je tengok.

Matlamat anda nak anak-anak bangun subuh, matlamat anda nak anak-anak ke sekolah, matlamat anda (kononnya) nak mendidik anak-anak dari kecil itu, TIDAK SAMA SEKALI MENGHALALKAN cara dengan JERKAH.
Dalam diam anda sedang memusnahkan masa depan anak-anak sendiri.
Dalam diam anda sedang membentuk masa depan usia tua anda sendiri.
Jangan sentap, bila anak-anak dah mula mampu naik suara dengan anda. Itu dosa anda zaman muda bertenaga dulu - buli jiwa delicate budak kecil. Akan datang tiba masanya zaman anak-anak muda bertenaga pula - buli jiwa delicate diusia tuamu.

The official "Banned" shoes are finally making a return after 36 years. By now, most people would know that the NBA didn't ban MJ for wearing black and red Air Jordan 1s, but it was in fact the Air Ship Pro.
Differing from the Air Ship and Air Ship PE which MJ wore during his first NBA games, the Pro version was only donned during three pre season games in 1984. This iteration sees the upper of the Air Ship fused with the midsole and sole of the Nike Pro Circuit tennis sneaker, which sported a lower height in line with MJ’s preference.

立ったまま出来る脂肪燃焼トレです!
寝転ばないので、生理中にもおすすめです。
寒いとなかなか動きたくないので、朝トレで体を温めるのをおすすめします!
「動くぞ!」って気合入りますし、体が温まると気持ちも元気になります!
冬はダイエットスイッチが切れる人が多いけれど、だからこそ人と差を付けるために私は頑張りたい時期です!
筋肉をつけて代謝の高い体を作る為に、冬は筋トレをして栄養をしっかり摂る!
そして露出が増える夏前になったら、食事管理をして絞る!!です。
完成は夏前で、今は準備期間です!
だから、暖かくなったら始めようと思っていると遅いです。
寒い時は、厳しい管理をして減量するのではなく筋肉をつける期間と思って体重はあまり気にせず運動に励みましょう!
自分磨きは、「しなければ良かった」と思うことは絶対にないので頑張って損はないです。
頑張ってダイエットしたけど、好きな人に振り向いてもらえなかった。としても
「こんないい女になった私を振るなんて後悔するよ!」
って強気でいられます。きっと♡
それが頑張ってなくて誰かに自分を否定されたら、前向きではいられません。
日頃頑張っている実績があるから、それが積み重なって自信になります。
明日から自信満々な自分になれるわけじゃないです。
時間をかければかけるほど、大きな自信になります。
早く手に入るから素晴らしいわけじゃなく、時間がかかって得たからこそ価値があると思います。
冬のダイエットは春夏を謳歌するための準備期間です!
焦らずゆっくり頑張りましょう(^^)

Insane fat burning and muscle endurance workout. Due to the huge demand. Here presenting to you a Level 6 workout.
Warning: This workout routine is not for Beginner and Intermediate trainer. This routine is hardcore, and this workout routine is never meant to be "fun" or that kinda "good workout" routine, and you may dislike this routine. However, this routine was designed to push your body to the limit or beyond, especially your lower body and stamina!
Three criteria to get the best out of level 6:
1.) Technique: You must be able to complete all Level 5 workouts without feeling too much fatigue. That means that your body is already adapted to this kind of training.
2.) Stamina & Recovery: Complete Level 5 workouts by taking no longer than 2-3 minutes rest in between each round.
3.) To experience Level 6 difficulty. You must achieve the rep goal in every exercise. IMO, if you only manage to achieve anything lower than the benchmark, this workout is considered a Level 5 workout instead.
