The grilled station is yummy, nicely seasoned lamb. Sambal belacan 🤤. Salted egg crab 🦀 👍🏻. Some dishes needs a bit more seasoning, there's room for improvement 👌🏼. Kebab with sauce is good, I forgot to put sauce initially 🤣 Sup Kambing not bad but why add dry tofu 🤔

For this episode, we demolished a 5KG Christmas Feast in the comfort of my home, courtesy of Cheers! Cheers generously sent a whole host of food straight to my doorstep, a Season’s Miracle Set ($200 net) and a Traditional Roasted Whole Turkey with Truffle Chestnut Stuffing ($83 net). The set serves 4-6 people comfortably while the turkey easily weighed close to 4KG.
Each dish came neatly packed in clear containers and the turkey was foil-wrapped to retain heat and moisture. Conveniently, the sauces (most of the dishes come with one) were packed separately and utensils were provided. It even came with a mixing bowl for the salad and tongs for tossing.
Flavour-wise, all the components were very good, but the standout dishes would be the Christmas Cobb Salad and Roasted Whole Turkey. The salad contained a delicious assortment of protein and greens, including smoked duck and tuna, elevated by the richness and creaminess of the added avocado and the Thousand Island dressing.
The turkey was huge, moist and tender. When I pulled the pieces apart, they dripped with turkey juices that made a luxurious mess on the pan. The bed of vegetables that the turkey came with soaked up all these juices that made them a splendid treat in between the turkey. The stuffing was so meaty and savoury that I initially thought it was sausage, but it was actually a truffle chestnut stuffing.
The Season’s Miracle Set comes with:
1. Christmas Cobb Salad comprising of Turkey Ham, Smoked Duck, Tuna Flakes, Hard-boiled Eggs, Avocado, Sweet Corn, Mixed Nuts, Tangy Thousand Island Aioli

As we were watching TV, they featured a DIY kebab video, so we made our own. We didn't roast it on a spit like the kebab shops, but the taste is the real deal! By all means, please try eating this with vegetables and the like wrapped up in a tortilla. You may even be able to become a kebab shop yourself!?
*Recipe* ( Enough for 12 sandwich wraps with plenty of kebab)
1. In a bowl, add 1.5 tablespoons of paprika, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, .5 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of oregano powder (if using oregano seasoning, use .5 tablespoon), .5 tablespoon of cumin seeds, .5 tablespoons of salt, .5 tablespoons of black pepper, 50 grams of vinegar, and 200 ml of pineapple juice and mix together.
2. Cut 700 grams of beef thigh meat (this time, we used natural beef thigh block from Australia (outer thigh) that cost 119 yen per 100 grams) into pieces about 8 millimeters thick.
3. Put step 2 into step 1 and let marinate for about 2 hours.
4. Cut the pineapple. Cut one slice into a one centimeter piece and the next into a 2 centimeter piece.
5. Put 2 skewers into the 2 centimeter piece from step 4. We used 18 centimeter skewers intended for hot dogs.
6. Add pieces of meat from step 3 to the skewers one by one. If you add thin slices of beef lard between layers, it will come out juicy when grilled.
7. Lastly, add the 1 centimeter piece of pineapple to the skewer, and bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees Celsius. Bake 25 minutes→ flip over→ bake for 10 minutes→ cover with foil→ bake for 50 minutes, for a total of 86 minutes baked.
8. While it's still warm, slice off and enjoy. Put your favorite vegetables and the kebab in a tortilla, add sauce, and try eating as a kebab wrap. It's delicious!
Sauce: Add one teaspoon of grated garlic, one tablespoon of lemon juice, and 3 sticks worth of pickle relish (about 70 grams) to 180 grams of plain yogurt, add a little bit of salt and pepper and mix for sauce.

ケバブ作りました。くるくる回しながら焼いてはいませんが、味は本格的ですよ。ぜひ、トルティーヤで野菜などと一緒に巻いて食べてみてください。ケバブやさんになれるかも!?
*レシピ*(たっぷり ケバブ12ラップサンド 分)
1.ボウルにパプリカパウダー 大さじ 1と1/2、チリパウダー 大さじ 1、ガーリックパウダー 大さじ 1/2、オレガノパウダー 小さじ 1(オレガノシーズニングの場合は 大さじ 1/2)、クミンシード 大さじ 1/2、塩 大さじ 1/2、黒胡椒 大さじ 1/2、酢 50g、パイナップルジュース 200mlを入れ混ぜる。
2.牛 もも肉 700g(今回、オーストラリア産 ナチュラルビーフ もも肉ブロック(外もも)100g当り 199円 を使いました)を8ミリほどの厚さに切り分ける。
3.2を1に漬け、2時間ほどマリネする。
4.パイナップルを切る。1枚は1センチ、もう1枚は2センチに切る。
5.4の2センチのパイナップルに棒を2本立てる。18センチのアメリカンドッグ用のドック棒を使いました。
6.5に3を1枚ずつ刺す。間に牛脂の薄切りを挟むとジューシーに焼ける。
7.最後に1センチに切ったパイナップルを刺し、160度に予熱したオーブンで焼く。25分焼き→前後を入れかえ→10分焼き→アルミ箔で覆い→50分、合計で85分焼きました。
8.温かいうちにそぎ切りしていただく。トルティーヤにお好みの野菜とケバブを入れ、ソースをかけてケバブラップにして食べるとおいしい!
ソース:プレーンヨーグルト 180gにすりおろしにんにく 小さじ 1、レモン汁 大さじ 1、刻みピクルス 3本分(およそ70g)、塩・コショウ 少々を入れ混ぜたものです。
