JERUK MAMAN 🌱 Pickled maman or spider flower is a traditional specialty dish in Negeri Sembilan and Kelantan. The preparation is similar to that of kimchi, where salt, chilli and cooked rice is used. It takes up to 3 days for the leaves to soften and the sourish pickling juice can be used as a dip for grilled fish! 🌶
Chef Garry together with Auntie Renne (the lady behind) love to create new specialty dishes from their signature Nasi Kerabu Biru (combination of Kelantan and Melaka Baba Nyonya) to Thai Nasi Khao Jam as well as Nasi Kuning. They started from online orders then people self walk-in for homestay dinning at Dah Yeh Villa house. Due to overwhelming response they have to move to Kepayan recently with "real feeling" environment to serve better.
They've been introducing new dishes ranging from unique full table dining set with crabs etc, dessert, cendol, nyonya kueh muih, Kerabu sandwich, Kerabu mee hoon etc. It's so many choices that you have to come personally for a bigger Wow 😮
