How’s your day so far? Mine is busy as usual and I feel like eating Korean food for a change. I ordered some of my favorites from Oiso Korean Traditional Cuisine & Cafe at The Curve and enjoy at home. By the way, “Oiso” means welcome in Korean dialect especially from the southern part. 🇰🇷🇰🇷

Have been cooking a little bit more since moving into our new home, so I thought I'll share some of the stuff that I've been cooking with you guys. Sorry for the actual lack of measurements as I cook without a recipe usually. It is also my first time cooking some of the recipes (like the prawn noodles) but I'm glad they all turned out delicious.

プデチゲ
1人分
材料:
インスタントラーメン 1袋
白菜(2cm幅のざく切り) 50g
白菜キムチ 100g
もやし 80g
ニラ(3cm幅に切る) 20g
ソーセージ(斜め薄切り) 2本
にんにく(スライス) 1片
ごま油 小さじ1
水 500ml
(A)酒 大さじ1
(A)しょうゆ 大さじ1
(A)コチュジャン 大さじ1
(A)鶏ガラスープの素 小さじ1
スライスチーズ 1枚
作り方:
1.鍋にごま油、にんにくを入れて火にかけ、香りが立ったら白菜キムチを加えて炒める。
2.水、(A)の調味料を加えて混ぜ、沸騰したら白菜、もやし、ソーセージを加えて5分ほど煮る。
3.(2)にインスタントラーメンを加えて袋の表記時間通り煮る。
4.仕上げにニラを加えてサッと煮る。
5.器に盛り、スライスチーズを乗せたら、完成!

Korean-Style Noodles
Servings: 1
INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 clove garlic, sliced
100 grams kimchi
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sake
500 milliliters water
1 tablespoon chicken stock powder
1 tablespoon gochujang
50 grams Chinese cabbage, chopped
80 grams bean sprouts
2 sausages, sliced
1 package instant noodles
20 grams Chinese chives
1 slice of mozzarella cheese
PREPARATION
1. In a medium pan over low heat, combine the sesame oil and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes, until fragrant. Add the kimchi and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
2. Add the soy sauce, sake, water, chicken stock powder, and gochujang and stir well to combine. Increase the heat to medium and bring to a boil.
3. Once the soup is boiling, add the Chinese cabbage, bean sprouts, and sausage and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Add the instant noodles and Chinese chives and boil until the noodles are tender, 3 minutes.
5. Transfer the noodle soup to a bowl and top with the slice of mozzarella cheese.
6. Enjoy!

材料:
150克雞腿,40克洋蔥,1/2發酵泡菜,1包韓式涼麵。
醃料:1湯匙米酒,少許鹽,少許辣椒,1 / 2Tsp切碎的薑。
醬:30ml水,1湯匙蒜末,3湯匙韓國辣椒醬,2湯匙韓國辣椒粉,2湯匙醬油,2湯匙米酒,1湯匙咖哩粉,3湯匙梅子醬,1湯匙玉米糖漿,1湯匙芝麻油,少許辣椒。
做法:
1.準備150克無骨雞腿。用1湯匙米酒,1 / 2Tsp切碎的薑,少許胡椒,少許鹽醃製。
2.放30ml水,3湯匙辣椒醬,2湯匙辣椒粉,2湯匙醬油,2湯匙米酒,1湯匙碎大蒜,1湯匙咖哩粉,3湯匙梅子醬,1湯匙玉米糖漿,1湯匙芝麻油,少許鹽一碗和混合製作醬汁。
3.準備油塗鍋,煮雞腿,40克洋蔥,1/2發酵泡菜。
4.將預製醬汁放入鍋中,加入煮熟的韓式涼麵。一起炒,直到醬汁濃稠,加入芝麻,完成!
