Tối thứ 7 đang lướt fb thì C thấy quán nướng này quảng cáo CN khai trương, địa chỉ thì ở cái quán The Lob cũ 😶 Menu cũng có vẻ rẻ nên rủ bạn đi thử :>
4 đứa bọn mình gọi mấy loại thịt, má heo Iberico (145k), u gáy (85k), ba chỉ (85k), lòng bò (85k), dồi sụn Chú Bi (75k) vs Bắp bò nhúng ớt (145k). Ngoài ra thì mn muốn nhậu nên có gọi thêm Đậu phụ chiên sốt ớt (35k) Rau, nấm vs các loại đồ ăn kèm là đc cho thêm free thì phải 😚
Thịt ở đây đc ướp rất đậm đà, ko bị nổi ngọt (quá tuyệt vs C haha 🤣). Thịt nhìn hơi mỡ nhưng nướng lên lại rất ngon, vì phần mỡ ý cứu miếng thịt khỏi bị khô ấy. Gói lại vs xà lách, kimchi hay gỏi dưa chuột ăn siêu ngon mà ko hề ngấy 🤤 C cực ưng cái gỏi dưa chuột ăn kèm ý, bàn 4 đứa xin đến phải 6-7 chén mà các bạn pv vẫn nhiệt tình dễ sợ, còn bảo là thấy thích vì mn ăn ngon 😅 Cute dễ sợ, xin đến lần thứ 3 là đã sợ bị ng ta lườm nguýt r ý 🥰 Má heo nướng là món cực phẩm, dù miếng thịt nhìn khá bé so vs 145k :< Nhưng tiền nào của nấy thật, thơm, giòn mà ko dai, siêu mọng nước, ngọt thịt. Đáng thử lắm nha :>
Sốt chấm cũng rất đa dạng, có 3 loại sốt ớt xanh, ớt đỏ vs sa tế ngọt. Đậu phụ đem ra bị nguội ko còn giòn nữa nên ăn ko ấn tượng lắm 🤷 Bò nhúng ớt thì 2 đứa phải về sớm chưa kịp ăn nên chả biết vị ntn 😅

On Saturday, I was scrolling on Facebook when I saw this place's ads 😶 and so funny, the address was from one of the place we used to review before. Curious and the menu was pretty cheap so we decided to call our friends and give it a try 😗
We ordered a few kinds of meat : Iberico porl cheek (145k), pork neck (85k), pork belly (85k), Chu Bi's sausage (75k), beef shank with chilli dip. Beside that, other people wants to drink so we had Fried tofu with spicy sauce as a snack, the veggies and sides were on the house I think 😚
All of the meat were well-marinated, not too sweet (oh yeah! That's my thing!). The meat in general looked pretty fatty, but actually the fat was what kept them from getting dry on the grill :> Roll them with some lettuce, kimchi or pickles, and you won't feel the fattiness in your mouth at all, only heaven 🤤 We super liked that cucumber pickles, we asked for it around 6-7 times 🤦 So embarrassing, but the staffs didn't have any attitude with us at all. On the contrary, they were so happy because we liked the food 🥰 We thought after the 3rd times they started hating us already 😶 Btw, the pork cheek was amazing, tho it was kinda small for 145k price :< But so damn worth it, crunchy but not chewy, juicy and so sweet 😭 it's a must tryyy!
They had 3 kinds of sauces, green chilli, red chilli and sweet satay, really nice. The tofu was nothing special tho, it was cold when arrived to us 🤷 I had to go home early so I didn't know how was the beef shank with chilli dip taste 😅

想食韓式炸雞的話,我必定二話不說就揀這裡🍺 但本人只去尖沙咀店!雖然旺角店面積比較大,但食物質素有點令人失望。
반반치킨 雙拼炸雞 ($192HKD) 半半炸雞,顧名思義就是可以選兩款不同口味的炸雞!我通常會揀原味和甜辣醬。原味雞雖然沒有被淋上調味料,但因為餐廳會分開附上四種醬汁,所以你就有隨意去點不同醬汁的自由了🤤 而甜辣醬是Oppa本來在韓國就非常喜愛的味道,韓文叫양념치킨🇰🇷 碟上還有三種不同的薯條,是個熱氣大派對🍟 所以我一定叫杯啤酒清熱~
另外我還有兩樣必點items: 泡菜煎餅 ($98HKD) + 炭豚飯捲 ($88HKD)。這裡的泡菜煎餅簡直是神級😍 旁邊煎得脆脆的,辣味適中,非常惹味!
When I want my fix of Korean fried chicken, @outdarkhk in #TsimShaTsui is the one and only obvious option🍺 They do have a larger shop in Mong Kok, but I personally think the food quality in TST is much much better😍
BanBan Chicken ($192HKD) means you get to choose a combination of 2 flavours for your fried chicken platter! I often go for the Original Fried chicken plus the Sweet & Sour one. Altho the Original one has no seasoning drizzled over it, the restaurant gives a separate plate with four different sauces, which means you get to dip the chicken into whatever flavouring you want🤤 The Sweet & Sour option is what I’d always order when I was in Seoul, it’s 한국의 맛, a real taste of Korea!🇰🇷
Also, I’d always order these two items as well: Kimchi PaJeon/Pancake ($98HKD) & Charcoal Pork Kimbap ($88HKD). The Kimchi Pajeon is always pan-fried to a golden crisp and just moderately spicy🌶 Love it!

I'm Thai, I started living in my husband’s house in Korea since 2017.
My husband’s house runs a small restaurant in Dangjing Province.
My husband is an only son. We live in a total of 4 people.
Apart from opening a restaurant, we also raise our own chickens.
In order to make herbs and spicy chicken soup, the main restaurant’s menu.
In addition, we also do gardening, growing vegetables.

不少人對張慧敏「Son姐」也不陌生,作為獵頭公司創辦人兼CEO,她縱橫職場多年,見盡職場光怪陸離之事,是一位女強人。想不到原來Son姐除了出得廳堂,還入得廚房,廚藝極之了得!作為一個媽媽,Son姐施展渾身解數,務求令兩個仔女都食得開心。我們當然抓緊機會,請Son姐煮幾味,過幾招給各位觀眾。
材料:
豬腩肉 3磅
洋葱 1個
京葱 1大條
薑 1塊
韓國麵豉(Doenjang)2湯匙
即溶咖啡粉1大匙(或咖啡1杯)
水 適量
蒜頭 1個
做法:
1.所有材料全部凍水下煲
2.豬腩肉毋須汆水直接放進
3.洋葱及蒜頭洗乾淨連皮切半
4.京葱切段
5.薑切片
6.加入韓國麵豉
7.加入咖啡粉或咖啡
8.加水至剛好蓋過豬腩肉,待滾起除去浮面的雜質,煮大概30分鐘,然後取出放涼
9.吃之前切片蒸熱,配韓國泡菜,蘸韓國豆瓣醬、辣椒醬,包着菜吃
溫馨提示:麵豉醬是啡色盒,蘸肉的豆瓣醬是綠色盒
Korean Braised Pork Belly
Ingredients:
Pork Belly 3 lbs
Onion 1 pc
Leek 1 large pc
Ginger 1 pcs
Korean Miso (Doenjang) 2 tbsp
Instant coffee 1 large spoon (or coffee 1 cup)
Water Some
Garlic 1 head
Steps:
1. All ingredients will be added to a pot with cold water.
2. There is no need to blanch the pork belly prior to adding them in the pot of water.
3. Clean onion and garlic, cut in halves with skin.
4. Julienne the leek.
5. Slice the ginger.
6. Add Korean miso to the pot.
7. Add a spoon of instant coffee or a cup of coffee.
8. Add water to pot until pork belly are just covered. Once boiled, remove the foam of impurities floating, cook for 30 minutes, and then remove the pork belly to cool down.
9. To eat, cut pork belly into pieces, wrap with lettuce and kimchi, dip with Korean soybean paste and chili paste.
Note: Korean miso are sold in brown containers, whereas the Korean soybean paste for the dip are sold in green containers.

油,泡菜 120g,砂糖 1.5 tbsp,水 3 tbsp,麻油 1 tsp
雞蛋 2,香腸 100g
鯷魚 30g,油 1/2 tbsp,麻油 1 tbsp,砂糖 1 tbsp,糖漿 1 tsp,芝麻
雞蛋 1,鹽,芝麻
做法:
1. 將油,泡菜,砂糖,水,麻油炒勻
2. 將香腸沾上蛋漿,煎至香脆
3. 將鯷魚,油,麻油,砂糖,糖漿,芝麻炒勻
4. 煎蛋,用鹽調味
5. 放入飯盒,灑上芝麻

※ ingredients:
1 Bowl White Rice, 100g Pink Sausage, 3 Egg, Sesame Seed, Fried Kimchi, 120g Kimchi, 1Tbsp Sugar, 3Tbsp Water, 1tsp Sesame Oil, 1Tbsp Anchovy, 1tsp Sugar Syrup
1. Grease skillet with cooking oil. Fry 1 cup of Kimchi and add 1/2Tbsp sugar and 3Tbsp water. Add 1tsp sesame oil at the end.
2. Dip sliced pink sausage in the egg and coat evenly.
3. Fry egg coated sausage.
4. Stir 30g of small dried anchovy in a low heated pan for 1 minute. Add 1/2Tbsp cooking oil, 1Tbsp sesame oil and stir it for another minute. Mix anchovies with 1Tbsp sugar, 1Tbsp sugar syrup and 1 pinch sesame seed.
5. Cook sunny-side up fried egg.
6. Place rice, stir fried anchovies, fried Kimchi, pink sausage, and sunny-side up fried eggs with sesame seeds as garnish in a lunch box.
7. Close the lunch box and shake.
