Surprised that I still can run a decent pace with this worn out shoe, apart from not being able to run far due to past injury for a year (I run 5km or less, 3-4 times a week), it has been tough trying to stay sane with this cluttered mind. My friend @kit_1990 said I need to stop self sabotage 🤣.

Apart from losing a parent in the past year, I lost my focus and feels demotivated way too often. Grateful that I have a good support system (thank you to all my friends who spared their ears and eyes for my whines) and getting all these wonderful opportunities to spread my wings 🙏🏻 🍀

Sometimes you just need to lift yourself up to be better.

Am glad that I got the fix I needed from my favorite chiropractor, everything is in place 🤣 (I hope I don't break anything again). It's a blessing in disguise getting a race slot with my limited training time and also getting sick for the past few weeks 😵. Am glad to be back and hope I will be consistent with my training. Next year is gonna be EPIC!

Nasib nda pengsan, 1 tahun nda LSD, muscle memory ja, legs are ok but not confident to push harder. Was still coughing and had issues with my breathing (minor pull on my right rib side throughout the race 😪) Thank you #dramaking ramai photographer 📸 I rike 😍 gila punya panas, terus itam berbelang 😅 nasib sis ndada krem.
