Percubaan pertama saya membuat Soondubu Jjigae (ntah macam mane nak sebut pon tak tahu😅) iaitu Sup Kimchi dan Tofu Korea. Saya campur sedikit udang dan sotong serta daging lembu kedalam sup ini. Mungkin dari luaran ni tak nampak sedap sangat, tapi rasa die, FFfuuhhhHhhh, macam kat kedai korea kegemaran korang , serius tak tipu😂. Kepada yang berminat boleh tengok resipi dibawah ye 👇. My first trial of Soondubu Jjigae which is Korean Kimchi Tofu Soup. I mixed it with a bit of seafood (prawn and squid) and also beef. The presentation might not look that good but the taste, FFfuuhhhHhhh, just like the one at your favourite Korean Restaurant i tell you that much 😂. For those who interested, here is the recipe.

1 tb oil
6 chopped scallions
4 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
3 tb gochujang
3 tb soy sauce (i substitute with homemade anchovies stock)
1 small white radish
1/2 cup kimchi
Tofu as you like.

Ingredients:
Serves 4 pax
Marinate chicken

500g of boneless chicken thigh
2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
1.5 tablespoons of fresh ginger juice
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of Chinese cooking wine / Shaoxing Huatiao wine
1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil
3 tablespoons of cornflour
Prepare more cornflour for coating before deep-frying
Honey sauce
=====
Some cooking oil
1 thumb size ginger - julienne
5 cloves of chopped garlic
1/4 cup of water
4 tablespoons of tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons of honey
