【ゆずのフローズンヨーグルト】
今年もいよいよラストスパートですね。
１２/２２日は、一年で最も日が短い冬至を迎えます。冬至は、太陽の力が一番弱まる日で、言い換えればこの日を境に再び太陽の力が強まり、運気が上がっていく日でもあると言われています。
そこで今回は、上昇運をさらに高めてくれる効果がある冬至には欠かせない柚子を使って『ゆずのフローズンヨーグルト』を作っていきたいと思います。
ゆずの果汁がたっぷり入ったフローズンヨーグルトは、甘酸っぱくて後味すっきり！高級感があり、とても上品な味わいです。
味わいはリッチなのに、コスパは抜群で〝材料費一人分たったの４６円！〟で作ることができます。
さらにさらに、作り方も驚くほど簡単で〝混ぜるだけ！〟なので難しい工程もなく、お子さん一人でもトライすることができます。また、洗い物が少ないのも魅力的！
今年の冬至は、柚子湯に浸かって体を温め、お風呂上りにひんやりシャリシャリの『ゆずのフローズンヨーグルト』をお召し上がりください。
火照った体を美味しくクールダウンして、ゆずの栄養もしっかりと取り入れて寒い冬を元気に過ごしていきましょう！！

〈材料〉
ゆず 小2個
プレーンヨーグルト 300g
牛乳 大さじ2
砂糖 45g

【Yuzu frozen yoghurt】
This year is finally the last resort.
