▼今回使った材料(型12㎝)
◆ガトーショコラ
ブラックチョコレート 100g
卵Mサイズ2個
◆チーズケーキ
クリームチーズ 100g
グラニュー糖 25g
生クリーム 25g
レモン汁 10g
ゼラチン 3g
水 30g
【作り方】
1.まずは耐熱容器にブラックチョコ100gを湯煎し、卵Mサイズ2個を入れ良く混ぜます
2.ケーキ容器12㎝にクッキングシートをし、チョコレート生地を流し込み余熱したオーブン180度15分焼き冷凍庫で冷やしておく
3.耐熱容器にクリームチーズ100gグラニュー糖25g生クリーム25gレモン汁10g入れ電子レンジ600w40秒加熱し混ぜる
4.違う容器にゼラチン3g水30g入れ電子レンジ600w20秒加熱し先程のクリームチーズ類に入れ良く混ぜます
5.冷やしておいたチョコレートケーキの端を取りまたケーキ容器に戻します
6.容器にチーズ液を流し込み冷凍庫で4時間冷やし完成です。底から少し生地が漏れる可能性があるのでクッキングシートを引くと良い

【How to make】
1.First of all, boil 100 g of black chocolate in a heat-resistant container, mix 2 eggs M size, and mix well.
2.Put a cooking sheet in 12cm cake container, pour chocolate dough and heat it in an oven 180 degrees 15 minutes baked in a freezer.
3.Cream cheese 100g Granulated sugar 25g Fresh cream 25g Lemon juice 10g in a heat-resistant container Microwave oven 600w 40 seconds Heat and mix
4.Put 3g of gelatin in 30g water in a different container, heat in microwave for 600w for 20 seconds, and mix well in the cream cheese
5.Take the edge of the chilled chocolate cake and put it back in the cake container
6.Pour cheese liquid into the container and chill in the freezer for 4 hours. Pull out the cooking sheet as the fabric may leak a little from the bottom

【作り方】
1.溶かしバター100gグラニュー糖55gをよく混ぜ薄力粉150gココアパウダー15gを篩いながら加えよく混ぜ麺棒で伸ばす
2.セルクルφ5×6㎝で蓋を作ります。厚さは0.5㎝位がベストです
3.更にセルクルリングにも生地を横と底につけていきます。こちらも厚さ0.5㎝位がベストです
4.余熱したオーブン170度15分焼き、底が膨らむので、熱い内に麺棒の先で軽く潰しておきます。常温にそのまま置いておきます
5.蓋を焼く時もセルクルリングをしながら焼きます。セルクルしないと生地が横に膨れて蓋がでっぱってしまいます。
6.次チーズ液です。室温クリームチーズ100g生クリーム50gグラニュー糖30gレモン汁10gを入れよく混ぜておきます
7.違う耐熱容器にゼラチン2g水15gを入れ電子レンジ600w10秒加熱し先程のチーズ液に入れ素早く良く混ぜます
8.作っておいたクッキー容器にチーズ液を7分目まで入れ冷凍庫で30分冷やします。次は生チョコ作ります
9.ブラックチョコレート50g沸騰させた生クリーム50gを合わせて空気を入れない様良く混ぜ溶かします
10.冷やしておいたクッキー容器にハート型の型を乗せ周りに生チョコを入れて平らにしていき、冷凍庫で更にチョコが固まる迄冷やす
11.ハートの型を取り出しココアパウダーを振りかけ真ん中にチョコレートシロップを入れて完成です。
