老美很愛把麵條放在湯裡面煮， 吃的時候麵已經泡到一點彈性都沒有，我住美國這麼久，還是吃不慣他們的noodle soup
最近在台灣還是覺得有一點冷，來分享 2 道全植的暖心蔬食料理食譜!

100 g mushrooms
salt, to taste

1 tsp Garam Masala, optional
1/8 tsp clove
1/4 tsp cinnamon
350 ml vegetable stock or water, plus more if needed
