2020年是一個充滿挑戰的一年,很多的分離,很多的痛苦充滿了驚奇。不可思議的在這一年當中我們居然建立了一支球隊也讓我圓來我這一生的夢想,在新冠肺炎的影響之下一切的組織都變這比平常更加的困難更多的挫折,更多意想不到的事實等待著我們去發現以及去解決。
跟球員們在一起的時光裡都是快樂都是充滿的挑戰了但分手的事實有的時候並不是誰好誰壞而是合不合適。
新竹街口攻城獅隊是一個只有190天的球隊,他會跟著失敗的經驗一直的成長一直在改變一直的嘗試著如何去精壯自己來取得未來比賽的勝利,球隊任何的改變都是以多方面的思考及如何改變現況以及戰積來做最後的決定。

任何的改變無法保證“絕對”的結果,但如果不嘗試改變結果也不會改變。
